Skandium is a company with an exceptional customer service ethos. Luke and Caroline handled my numerous inquiries professionally and kept me up to date on my furniture order. Moreover, Luke expedited the dispatch of my furniture as soon as I returned to the UK. The furniture arrived safe as it was delivered with care. Being A Fritz Hansen product, suffice to say, the chairs are Design museum standard. I’m very impressed by the team effort at Skandium, and I could not praise Luke enough for his kindness. I highly recommend them and I look forward to expanding my design collection through Skandium.
Appalling Customer Service
Repeated delays, sent the wrong light twice (which I had to arrange to return) and it is impossible to arrange delivery of large, expensive items of furniture. I just don’t think they care about customers. In my latest exchange I was told to phone a separate courier company to chase a delivery date despite having paid for what is apparently “white glove” delivery. I really would not recommend Skandium and the customer service is consistently bad. It is not the same firm it was many years ago when they operated stores in London.

I have been shopping with Skandium for years. Pleased with their product range and customer services. You get a response via their online form or email within 1 or 2 days. One to call out is Luke. I rung up Skandium CS number the other day – Luke was patient and friendly, helped me to get a chair I have been saving up for years and arranged delivery. Can’t thank Luke enough. I look forward to receiving my Scandi design chair – the real thing. Many thanks Luke, and Claire.
Excellent Customer Care
Great experience with Luke from the Customer Care team who agreed to accept the return of an out-of-warranty product that had developed an electrical fault. This is typical of the experience I've had with Skandium since I first shopped with them in 2020. I've always felt that the staff care about their customers and take responsibility for their products, consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This gives me great confidence as a customer and makes me happy to keep shopping with them.
High end aftersales service
I bought cushions from Skandium that I wanted to return. Team was awesome in helping. Luke Jeffrey in particular was super responsive and acted with great urgency. I'll give it another shot!
