Mesh bracelets are poor quality too

Plenty of negative reviews re watches- this is to warn about mesh bracelets. Found on Amazon - special occasion in January for my wife who initially was delighted with the mesh bracelet. Bought in December to avoid Xmas disappointment. Being retired treated bracelet with respect on occasional use but alarmed and disgusted to find the mesh falling apart causing scratches to skin and ruining clothes. Sadly being abroad we missed the Amazon short return window so it's going where it belongs. Bin.
On Skagen- £69. Amazon was £44. Now £66. If you have that money to waste, press on.
Feels cheap quality and nasty consequences for wearer. As (seemingly) with watches.... best to avoid and look elsewhere.

Order not arrived.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive. It has been 10 days and still not had any delivery. I placed an order for a watch as a gift but unfortunately may have to return it back to Skagen as it will be pointless now, that’s only if it ever gets delivered.

Delivery timescales much longer than advised on website.
Still waiting on my order after 10 days and customer service advised to contact Royal Mail, not my job I do t think?
Was advised delivery would be 3-6 days. Not happy!

Do not buy a Skagen watch

Do not buy a Skagen watch! Loved my watch until the second hand fell off. Sent for repair, (£4 for hand, £30+ for work) it came back with new hand badly attached, so watch didn’t work. Returned, same problem. Returned again, they then told me watch not repairable. Offered me horrible new watch. I am now watch less! This whole process took 3 months. Beware.

Bad quality watches and worst customer…

Bad quality watches and worst customer service.

From day one there is some delay when watch runs for week or so. Also it was not water resistant even for simple water splashes.
Customer service is exceptionally bad. You need to repeat your question couple of times until they get you. Not speaking about guaranty services.
I would never suggest to anyone to buy Skagen watches.

I have bought many Skagen watches over the years, for me, my husband and as gifts. The quality of the watch has definitely deteriorated. I purchased a pink gold color expansion band watch which I wore only occasionally. After we changed the clock for daylight savings time, I tried to change the time on my pink gold Skagen watch but the little knob would not pull out. My husband tried very hard and the knob pulled all the way out and the watch was broken. I contacted customer service in early March 2021 and I estimated $ 35.00 for repair from their itemized estimate list. I wrapped it well and returned it to FG Services Group as directed. The bill would be $55.00 or I could have it returned. I asked for a return of my watch. They mailed me a filthy Man's watch. When I called about the mistake they claimed they had my watch and would send it to me when they received the men's watch. I have called customer service many times and was told they received the men's watch back and would return my watch. I am told as late as July 2021 they will escalate the return of my watch. If it is lost I would expect a new watch from them.

Awful experience from this company

Awful experience from this company. I've bought many items from this brand from high street jewelers but dealing directly is a nightmare. Took 10 weeks to refund a returned item. Then 7 months later I received an email saying I had an outstanding balance I had to pay them. Avoid like the plague

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service!

Bought a watch as a present, but decided to return it. Read the note included stating free returns however when contacting the customer service to get a label they advised me that only Fossil offer this not Skagen. Why include the note in the packaging if you are unable to offer free returns ! Customer service representative made me wait for 10 minutes until he realised this too, I am sure your own company should know the returns policy of products in your different companies. Not happy at all

Bought Skagen watch

Bought Skagen watch, loved it. But after one year it stopped. Had battery changed but it stopped again after couple of days. Had it changed again but stopped again after only 3 months. I notice some one else posted a similar issue. Don’t think I will purchase another after this experience.
