Still not have received my shipment. Communication is bad! Promissed regular updates about this issue and that they would be on top of it. Its been 3 months silence and they only post as a comment in an existing post. Truely a sad experience.
Steve Jackson Games failed to prioritize backers at the Munchkin Big Box Backerkit project (2025) and while the fulfilment is on the way, they don't know what is with the EU orders. They don't provide adequate information to the backers.
The product is already in retail while the backers are still waiting on their pledges. It feels like a spit in the face to have the backers who funded your project left at the end of queue, with no proper information or estimation for completion. It is unprofessional and sad from a name like this.
Will think twice if I am going to get involved with this brand/name again.
