Cancelled my order due to an issue at their end. Still waiting for my refund over a month later. Customer service and replying to emails is atrocious. Do not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Parcel. After the easy to use site, my package came a couple of days later, the box was lush and then on top of that the inner packaging made me feel special as if I was opening a gift. Im in love with my Shirt Dress. The material and detail is exactly, if not better than what’s on the site. I can’t wait to get my near future purchases. The Brand is amazing for both Male and Female.

Absolutely rubbish. Avoid, avoid AVOID! Garments were a poor fit, disappointed, cheap materials, used big boy names to sell tat.

Beyond my expectations, quality of the product excellent , product beautiful packed. Highly recommend, every piece is a masterpiece!

The clothing came faster than expected

Orders outside of UK cost 15£ and i paid an extra 60€ for customs.
the quality is pretty bad my bag broke after one day.

Wow what Can I say! This was my first time ever purchasing from this clothing company and firstly can i say how amazing the packaging was. I literally thought I'd recieved a gift. The item came in a beautiful box, with tissue paper and a dust bag like cloth over the packaged item and not to forget a beautiful thank you note. The attention to detail is fantastic. 10/10 for presentation. The item is beautiful true to size and just like the image advertise on their website. Great quality beautiful design and really stylish. Excited to wear this jacket out. I am 1 happy costumer. Ooh and it came really quickly 2-3days from when I ordered it. Will definitely be buying more from this company.

With regards to the service, I ordered some items on the 30th of July (Sunday) with the expectation of receiving them the next working day which should have on the Tuesday 1st of August. I did not receive my items until the 4th of August and this was only after I contacted customer service to enquire about the delay. The response back did not address the reason or an apology for the delay as I was just told the items are out for delivery.

I also recently returned a pair of cargo pant for an exchange. I sent the item back on Monday the 14th of August (Special Delivery) I checked the Royal Mail tracking and it said the items arrived the next day it is now the 18th of August and I still have not received an acknowledgement of receipt from the company.

The items are great but the customer service/ communication needs to improve as this could damage the brand.

Brought my package quickly, would rate it 5/5 stars but the only issue I had was it was said to be brought in 2 working days, I emailed after more than 2 days and once they said they'll "figure out the issue", I got an email from the company bringing my purchase that they have received the package, which to me, I believe that means I needed to remind them about my package for them to bring it hence the 4 stars, other than that, all went great :)

Sent the wrong size, and when I returned for the correct one was told they were now sold out. Asked for an alternative color and never responded, just refunded and now I have to wait to get my money back to purchase again.
