Damn do I feel like an idiot. Just like all the rest of these reviews I ordered an Adidas Puffy jacket and they sent a shitty T shirt. Customer Service has been no help. I hope people read these reviews before "purchasing" anything. Do NOT buy from these morons!!!

Ordered a plush dressing gown in November for a Christmas present - did not arrive despite chasing - have then been pursuing a refund since beginning of January and was promised a full refund 3 weeks ago but not received

Bought what looked like a lovely jacket knowing this was a bit too good to be true. I normally check these sites in such i stances. Wish i did this time. Got mugged off with lie after lie after lie. Avoid these people. They are a disgrace and I will do my best to get them shut down. Disgusting people

Scammers and thieves!!!! Stay away of them. Ordered a jacket as most of the reviewers here. And as most of them received cheap fake Nike t-shirt. Lost 90 euros. The support service not responding at all. On my next post on my instagram with my almost 100 000 followers from all over the world they will be exposed. Not only ones but several times. Fecking scammers!!!!

Scam business. I have been waiting for months for an Adidas puffer. I received a cheap fake Adidas t-shirt instead of the €89 jacket I ordered. These people are common thieves. They use delaying tactics and make what should be straightforward an absolute nightmare. I hope they rot for all the stress, annoyance and unnecessary angst they cause.

Scam company! Charged me $270 euro for a monclare adidas jacket. Sent a cheap $2 adidas tee shirt and a $2.00 monclare hoax tee shirt! Took 3 months to get the exchange chick was ANOTHER TEE. Now past my time to file claim! Utter scam artist bullshit!

I ordered two Gucci bathrobes for a total of €189. I received an order confirmation, but nothing else after that. I contacted customer service four times to inquire about my order but received no response. I have now reported the matter to the authorities, who are investigating it as a potential crime.

I have been waiting for my jacket almost a month and still haven't received it. I will be reporting them to the bbb

Ordered an adidas puffer jacket after weeks of waiting and contact with Mary of customer service I received a fake adidas shirt. I got scammed😂🙈. But how is it possible that they ad on instagram. Instagram do your checks!!!

Awful. Took ages to deliver. Now the website says it has been delivered (it has NOT) and I can't get hold of them. Total scam. STAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered an Adidas jacket but received a plain t-shirt with the Adidas logo instead. When I reached out to customer service, I was given the runaround with no resolution. This entire experience feels like a scam. I paid for a quality product and got something completely different, along with terrible customer service. I do not recommend buying from this retailer—it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This is a scam website. I ordered nike jacket and waiting it almost three weeks and what I received was fake nike t-shirt. I wrote also to this company and did not get any response.

Avoid them at all costs, i bought a nike nocta puffa jacket and it took over two weeks to come. When i tried to contact the company i got no response. When the jacket finally arrived it was fake, i again tried to contact them and got no response.
