It is a frustrating service.

It is a frustrating service.
to my account, no confirmation received from SIvvi. when I call customer care they canceled my order without my knowledge. I was told to reorder again. I tried to reorder and pay the shipping fee of 18 aed because I need the item the same day. Guess what I received the item the next day and surprisingly the item is not in good condition. the Nine west leader shoes item is pilling off. And it's not allowed to replace the item. they asked me to return the item using the web site but website is not working.

i call them daily and they say there is an issue with my address or that the delivery tried to call but couldn't reach me
worst customer experience ever - and they don't know how to handle situations at all

Don't ever think to buy from them

Don't ever think to buy from them. Not because of the quality of the products or anything else but the experience really sucks.
If you have any problem with any item in your order, your torture journey will start. You will end up fixing this buying mistake for up to 2 months. And they will run after you with emails, ads, and cookies.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a guess bag for total 408 AED and very poor assistance from Sivvi. I placed order on 9th March 2022 and I got SMS that the shipment is on its way for delivery at 11 am and it was my work address which was till 6 pm so I didn't receive any call and SMS for tracking the order except the one that it's on its way. I communicated with the Sivvi customer support center and requested them to update the delivery department to arrange the delivery before 6 Pm as I will not be available and will leave the location. The customer support refused to provide me the number of the assigned delivery person and said to wait for their call and SMS till 6pm. As advised I waited and received no response from the delivery department. And I called Sivvi again at 5.47pm to seek an update but they again not able to help and advised to wait further and call after 6pm which was useless. So I waited again and the time was done and moved for home as I reached home called them again for the 3rd time and they responded that they will raise a complaint.

And at 6.40pm I received a message and call from the delivery person while sitting at home and could not go to pick my shipment as I am staying in International city and the work location is in Al Fahidi. So the delivery guy informed that he is in Alfahidi roundabout and asking me to pick the package.

Such a bad customer service.

Horrible experience.

The experience is not just bad, it’s terribly bad.
In the UAE I have been used to get a 100% customer service.
I am asking fora a return to be picked up, as I am entitled to do, and since then, they keep sending mails every single day saying they are « more than happy to assist me » and they will come and pick up the item, so not only they lie, but the take you for a ride. Never buy something if you are not sure to keep it, as nobody will ever come to pick up the item you want to return. They just use your patience until you decide to give up. Great mentality!!!

Sucks

Have not gotten my order and its been a few months!!! Last time I message them they told me it was getting shipped!!?? I no with every thing going on in the 🌎 BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE THIS HAPPENED!! so look now it CLOSED!!??? WT!!????

BEST ONLINE SHOP <3

i placed my order just yesterday at 12noon and i already received it today at 10:30 in the morning SO FAAAAST! they also make sure that the products will not be damaged they put bubble wrap on it. JUST WOW. And they also put note saying THANK YOU how sweet of them <3 GOOD QUALITY, FAST COMPLIANCE, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NICE FETCHR COURIER STAFF. You should try purchasing , nothing will go into waste. :)

I had a great experience

I had a great experience! I am from the US. The order was shipped next day and came very fast. Item is as described. I had my doubts after reading reviews. But it ended up being great! Highly recommended.
