I really receive offers from different clients even if I only have a free version. It even allows me to offer my services and respond to people that are messaging me. It's already a big help, considering I use a free app version. I gained very good clients through Sitly.☺️

No value without paying premium
Since there is no way to contact prospective clients without paying a hefty fee, there isn't much value in the site. Just sending your profile is meaningless if both the sitter and client are unable to contact each other. It would be helpful to perhaps give the ability to contact once a day or one client a day so that if one at least gets sone value it would serve as an incentive to pay the premium.

I love the platform and the idea behind it. However, people on there are not as trustworthy as you would think.
There needs to be a review option so parents can leave a feedback.
I had two ladies who said they are available occasionally, telling me they do not want that, they want full time. Wasted my time.
Then, two did not show up. One was 1 hour late for a first meeting.
There needs to be a review section as an option. Thank you

The apps is good but sometimes fake people are added in this apps. If u check the background from both side, it will help both party. Again parents are looking for babysitter 2/3months earlier which is i feel frustrating. U dont know what will be your schedule for next 2months, how can u say someone that u can takecare of their child after 3months. There should be a option from which time or day they need babysitter and how long they will need it.

On scheduling: you raise a good point, we'll share this with our team, since a clearer way to specify timeframes and duration could help both parents and sitters set the right expectations.

I was able to connect with different parents. This app provides the opportunity of being your own boss because you get to choose your schedule. It connects sitters to parents than providing comfort to the parents and employment to Nannie’s.

We had a wonderful experience with Megha as our babysitter. She was kind, caring, responsible, and very patient with our daughter. Our daughter felt comfortable and happy around her, which gave us great peace of mind. Megha was also very friendly, punctual, and easy to communicate with.
