Extremely Disappointed – SiteSwan Took $199 and Refuses to Refund
I’m extremely unhappy with my experience with SiteSwan. They have effectively stolen $199 from me. I was told by a representative named Brian that if I canceled my plan, I would receive a full refund. I followed the instructions and canceled as advised — yet, despite multiple follow-ups, no refund has been issued.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I trusted their word, and they have failed to honor their promise. It feels like a dishonest business practice, and I intend to take this further to get my money back.
If you’re considering signing up with SiteSwan, think twice. Based on my experience, they do not keep their word when it comes to refunds and customer support is unhelpful once they’ve taken your payment.
