I requested sitelock services through my webhost (bluehost), because my website (wordpress) had trojan and is no longer working.

Their communication is messed up and unorganized between the hosting company and sitelock.

They could not run the scan because of an SSL issue (none of the providers knew what to do) and were unable to support properly.

Then I found out that they have closed my ticket as completed and received a satisfaction survey!

They have not fixed my website despite my multiple calls with their support team.

They should follow proper processes for support and communication.

As of now, my website is still down for 5 days.

Problem with SiteLock credentials after website moved. Tech was very supportive and expained that the reconfigure would take a little time since Network Solutions hosted the domain. Created a ticket and said to expect to hear by email the status within 6 hours.

Matthew on the chat support was so helpful today. I have been having an issue with my website for over a month and no one at phone support was able to help me. Everyone I spoke to on the phone support gave me different answers, was unable identify the issue, never mind resolve it. I kept being told the issue was at my hosting company but it was not. I asked to speak to someone in the USA because I have never been able to get resolution with the foreign support team. I was told that the US support agents were all only on chat so I reached out today. I got Matthew and within 10 minutes he was able to identify the issue and resolve it. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was easily able to identify the issue and fix it in one chat contact. Try Sitelock chat support before calling. This Business does not provide a service, but they will empty your bank account.
I paid for the service, spoke to their technicians and they said all these great things about their service and and how they will sort out my issues.
I have been trying to contact them for weeks and there is no one there, or there is and its a scam.
TOTAL radio silence, they took the money and ran.
My website is still down due to sitelock's empty promises.

I purchased SiteLock because my website was hacked and people were getting emails from my domain and I was getting multiple submits from my contact submit page that was obviously a robot. SiteLock went to work immediately to clean this up and prevent this from happening in the future. On the first day, they identified a vulnerability so I could get my web development team to apply the fix. I'm glad to be in total control of my site again! Thank you SiteLock!

Did not work. After finding my site down, I needed to do something fast. I spoke to Hostgator, who suggested Sitelock. They have no month-to-month payment options. The lowest is a whole year's subscription. But the program didn't work. You can only run one scan a day and if that fails, you can't do anything. Their support numbers did not work for me. Hostgator confirmed I'd set up the root directory for my website correctly, but still, Sitelock's "smart patch" failed to patch my website files.

This is a disaster.

this product is trash, it doesn't protect your site at all, as others have mentioned, all it does is scan it and tell you if you got infected.

There is also ZERO customer service. I have contacted them a dozen times and never received a single response.

Great customer service and product that my non-profit started using in 2016. Would recommend it to any organization concerned about the security and integrity of their website.
