Its been 7 days my server is down , my emails are lost , no one answers the tickets , after 4 days i got reply we are workign and its been seven day nothing done , worst support very bad experience

Worst Experience – Never Buy Hosting or Domain from SiteCountry

I purchased hosting and domain from SiteCountry, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They promised quick support and reliable service, but the reality is completely opposite.

After requesting nameserver update, they confirmed the update was done, but even after 3 days nothing changed.

I repeatedly contacted their support team, but they do not reply properly.

Their so-called "technical support" is useless, and they leave customers helpless.

Time is money in online business, and because of their poor service, my work has been delayed badly.

⚠️ Warning: If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT buy hosting or domain from SiteCountry. There are far better hosting providers available with genuine support and faster response times.

👉 I strongly suggest avoiding SiteCountry for hosting, domains, or any web services.

i have reseller plan from sitecountry

i have reseller plan from sitecountry, support take weeks to get answer about just small issue.

now my hosting is down for 2 days, and no one answer.

now i want my data to just move to another place, but no one answer on any message.

Sitecountry Hosting - Website DOWN for more than 24 Hours

Sitecountry Hosting services has been on a downhill since past one year...and this time they went beyond the expectations.

"24 hours DOWNTIME"

Yes...24 Hours. My blog has been DOWN since past one day and still no response. I created a support ticket —No response.

At the time of writing this review, my blog is still unaccessible. If you're thinking about migrating to SITECOUNTRY — DO NOT.

If you still don't believe me, just buy their Hosting and experience it by yourself.

very very bad platform and their service. i think their all five rating is rake
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this platform was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.

From the very beginning, the service was nothing short of a disaster. The platform is poorly designed, riddled with bugs, and painfully slow to use. Even basic functions either don’t work or are so inconsistent that it’s impossible to rely on them.

Customer support? Practically non-existent. It takes days—sometimes over a week—to get a reply, and when you finally do, it’s usually a copy-paste response that doesn’t address your issue at all. There’s zero accountability, and it's clear they don’t prioritize user satisfaction.

To make matters worse, the platform makes promises it can’t deliver on. Whether it’s guaranteed features, delivery times, or customer satisfaction, every claim feels like false advertising. It’s hard to believe this service is still operating with such low standards.

Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience. I lost time, money, and a lot of patience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to look elsewhere. There are far better alternatives that actually value their users.

You would be surprised by how slow their customer support is...

The customer support is poor.

They will tell you to wait and wait and then some more wait.

I have raised multiple tickets and haven't been resolved. Forget resolving, they have not even acknowledged the ticket.

I was about to buy the 3-year plan but thank god I took the one-month plan only.

Don't waste your time on this.

Terrible Uptime & Frequent Downtime

They claim "99.9% uptime" but in reality, my website was down almost every single day — sometimes for 10 minutes, sometimes for hours.
When I contacted support, they had no clue why. No logs, no proper response — just "we're checking" and nothing fixed.
