Its been 7 days my server is down , my emails are lost , no one answers the tickets , after 4 days i got reply we are workign and its been seven day nothing done , worst support very bad experience
I purchased hosting and domain from SiteCountry, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They promised quick support and reliable service, but the reality is completely opposite.
After requesting nameserver update, they confirmed the update was done, but even after 3 days nothing changed.
I repeatedly contacted their support team, but they do not reply properly.
Their so-called "technical support" is useless, and they leave customers helpless.
Time is money in online business, and because of their poor service, my work has been delayed badly.

If you still don't believe me, just buy their Hosting and experience it by yourself.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this platform was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.
From the very beginning, the service was nothing short of a disaster. The platform is poorly designed, riddled with bugs, and painfully slow to use. Even basic functions either don’t work or are so inconsistent that it’s impossible to rely on them.
Customer support? Practically non-existent. It takes days—sometimes over a week—to get a reply, and when you finally do, it’s usually a copy-paste response that doesn’t address your issue at all. There’s zero accountability, and it's clear they don’t prioritize user satisfaction.
To make matters worse, the platform makes promises it can’t deliver on. Whether it’s guaranteed features, delivery times, or customer satisfaction, every claim feels like false advertising. It’s hard to believe this service is still operating with such low standards.
Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience. I lost time, money, and a lot of patience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to look elsewhere. There are far better alternatives that actually value their users.
They have best Hosting Plans in comparison to other companies and provide best Tech support whenever needed. I have 3 accounts with them and will definitely recommend for others.
