Just received my box From Sistemma.
The box was in great condition and contents inside were packed with great care with all original resmed boxes.
The order process was easy just upload prescription and they do financing which makes it easier to budget for a machine. This is my first Machine and I will definitely use these guys to order again.
They had a few glitches on their website which were quickly resolved to making ordering quick and easy.

Don't have insurance for Cpap supplies and after 3+ years of use my hose and ridiculously expensive nose mask was wearing out. This site has the best price on the internet! Been using them for a couple of weeks and it is working quite well...glad I found this site.

Since 8 years i order some of our cpap masks and devices at the 'big' online CPAP stores in the US. Recently i read in a forum about the existence of sistemmaCPAP, and was amazed by the range of devices and especially their prices. Prices were almost too good to be true.
As i needed an Bipap ASV, which is not a cheap device, i did some research and some emailing and phonecalls with Steven from SistemmaCPAP just to be shure this was an ok company. It felt good, so i decided to go ahead an to order the needed device with them. As the old device was broken, we needed the device asap. We asked for a recommendation for a carrier who could deliver it to the Netherlands the fastest. So we opted for UPS for transport to the Netherlands. The device was neatly delivered to us within 48 hours of ordering (actually within 36 hours). Not only did the brand new Bipap meet all expectations and descriptions, but extra filters were also added to the order free of charge.

It was very pleasant doing business with them as they answer every e-mail and question extremely quickly. They really put the customer first, and it was refreshing for us to experience such a high service level.

So we really recommend Steven and SistemmaCPAP.
