I have ordered an item 14 days ago; however, I have not received it yet. Even they have not informed me whether the item has been sent to me or not yet! This is really terrible! When you expend nearly €600, it is expected to have much better customer service.

The return period took a long time because the customer accidentally sent the product to our old address. But the money has been refunded to the customer. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
