Our instructor (Dan Hayes) was very…

Our instructor (Dan Hayes) was very kind, thorough and engaging. I felt that we got a comprehensive and practical overview of everything that we needed to learn - any questions that I had were answered effectively. The lady that I spoke to from their head office was also very kind and helpful.

My only complaint would be that accessing the e-learning was very confusing. Several people on the course had issues with it, I really hope this can be rectified as I was very satisfied with the other aspects of the course.

Shaun was excellent. Really informative and was able to make a serious subject engaging and even humorous at the right moment while still being sensitive.
Would highly recommend and would 100% go back on 3 years once needs renewing

Fire Marshal Training

Had a great experience today at the Fire Marshal training course at Space House. Instructor Bill was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole session easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Clear, informative, engaging.

This was a super clear, informative and interesting course on how to be a fire warden. I was engaged for the entire session and feel way more confident knowing how to help with fire safety at my place of work because of it!
