Banned right before bonus completion

I deposited $500 using Sir Betalot's 100% deposit + 40% Cashback Welcome Bonus. After losing my deposit, I managed to increase my bonus balance to over $1,000. Just before completing the wagering requirement, I was suddenly logged out during gameplay. My account was blocked, and my entire bonus balance was cancelled without any specific reason being given.

The casino simply cited a clause allowing them to close accounts and cancel bonuses at their discretion. Given the timing, I suspect this is an automated process designed to prevent players from completing wagering requirements and cashing out their bonus winnings. The advertised 40% cashback was never credited either. Extremely disappointing.
