Great customer service! Had an issue with an item, however customer service was great to solve it.

Products are well made. Pans work great as described. Shipping is fast. Customer service answers right away and tries to solve your problem quickly .

Siraat market their products as being non-stick. I have never used WORSE pans in my life. From the moment I started cooking on them, everything I made immediately stuck to the pan and burnt. Their support team refuses to make this right, and I feel totally SCAMMED. Another crappy product with lots of marketing that I fell victim to. So so disappointing.

These pans are amazing! So easy to clean and cook perfectly. Even the customer service is outstanding..

Bought the Titanium water bottle for my mum and it was lightweight and heat retention properties were good! A premium, minimalist bottle that prioritizes durability and purity over convenience features. Hence, l ordered one for myself as well, although it’s came damaged, customer support was very prompt to offer a one-to-one replacement and it arrived within a week. Glad that it arrived before my travel period. :)

Fast delivery, pan is great to cook with, you need little to no oil and whatever you cook does Not Stick.

The pans work as described and are a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Customer Service was exceptional at resolving my delivery service issue. They sent a replacement pan, after the delivery company delivered the first pan to a tree in the woods, that’s right they sent me a picture of my package next to a tree. Can’t make this stuff up.

The Siraats Kitchennpepper mill is the solution. I’ve looked at many brands, and all have a flaw. Too much plastic, small loading openings, and cost. The Siraat mill is all metal, grinds great and is easy to load. Highly recommend!

Hello, firstly, the customer service is good, delivery went very well, packaging is good, no issues there, BUT this pan is anything but non-stick. Even when preheating the pan as instructed, an egg gets so stuck I have to scrub like crazy afterwards. Also, compared to cheaper stainless pans (like baccarat) the pan’s base is actually quite thin. Just bought a $19 stainless Ikea pan and my egg didn’t stick! Overall, not worth the money if you need NON-stick.

Avoid at all costs - Terrible mumbo jumbo customer service and wish I’d read other negative reviews before deciding to risk an online order with Siraat. After cancelling my order and contacting them,
I was told to refuse delivery - which I did - I was then told to go and collect the item from my local post office “to speed up the return process”.
This is a drop-shipping front and appears to use AI in customer service emails.
Tracking shows the item was returned to sender April 11th and it’s now May and I’m still waiting for a refund.

Shipping took longer than expected, but the pans are beautiful and I love them! They are superior non stick and easy clean up!

The crepe pan is amazing! The crepes nearly flew out of the pan when we flipped them! They were perfect texture with a slightly crisp exterior! I love the wok! It’s a perfect size and light to toss the contents!

The large saucepan sears meat perfectly and works great for a nice pan sauce and cleanup is a breeze!!

Exactly what I expected and fast delivery.

Despite following high maintenance instructions food sticks and the pan is warped in just 2 months. It is pretty though 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a wok and whilst paying the picture blurred out. Subsequently, I received a pan. I immediately noted on unwrapping the pan that the rivets holding the handle in place were not fitted properly and protruded significantly- creating a food trap. The rivets stick out so far that they cast significant shadows. So not only did Siraat swop my wok for a pan at the ordering stage, they also sent me a defective unit. I wrote to Siraat with photographs advising them of the facts and they said they would give me a 10% refund - what use is that on an expensive defective pan? Subsequently, they do not respond to follow up messages. As I am located in UK there is consumer protection in place to cover such matters. As such I am now escalating matters. I would suggest that people carefully consider doing business with such a company and whom are happy to swop your order AND send out defective products and then refuse to address these issues.

Order placed and told dispatched Royal Mail 48 tracked. It has not been dispatched and still not dispatched 6 days after ordering

Response promised to escalate but never did.

Over 10 emails sent with all responses obviously AI generated I had to point out that Siraat were in violation of UK Consumer law in the way they were handling my request to cancel and refund. This had to be repeated to them 5 times before they took any notice.

They tell you they have dispatched the item and it is Royal Mail who have not scanned it, an obvious lie when it is over a week since they say they had dispatched the order and it is a Royal Mail problem. Then they say I cannot cancel because it has been dispatched and I can only return it under their onerous return rules despite those being in violation of UK consumer law. Then eventually they said they would refund me, still waiting, so obviously the story about it already being dispatched was another AI lie. Do not trust these people

I purchased the Titanium Hammered Complete Edition Bundle, the Mini 7.8” Deep Pan Pro, the Stainless Steel 11” Lid, the Titanium Utensil Set Bundle and the Titanium Cutting Board. Prepping before use was simple and exciting. I was very impressed with the outcome of my first experience. I prepared my meal non-stick with a great taste. Cleanup was a breeze. I allowed the skillet to cool and I was able to rinse without soap, using only a soft towel and warm water to clean. The best part is I no longer have to worry about harmful toxins. I am so impressed with my purchase that I have shared my experience with others to experience and join the SiraatsKitchen family of satisfied purchasers.

Everything I cook in the pan sticks. It was also difficult to clean. The pan did not perform as described on the website. Getting a refund required over 6 emails with "customer service agent" (likely an AI chatbot) trying to negotiate 25%, 35%, 70% partial refund, which I refused. It was not until I requested 3 times for the return to be escalated to a supervisor that I finally got a full refund.

Purchased the Metal Pepper Grinder and it’s great and such beautiful quality
