A nice promotional discount on top of a solid price ~ for a bourbon I've been looking for ~ is very appealing. The ease of the website makes it better than heading down to your local liquor store.

Shipping out of hand

Have done many orders with sip. And mostly had a good experience. However the shipping and insurance has gotten so high that i cannot justify buying except on special occasions

Order Delay

Placed an order that sat pending for 18 days after my CC was charged. After several attempts to get an answer, I was informed my item was on a back order. While I understand back order delays are often unavoidable, the lack of communication to share this information is unacceptable.

$30+ for shipping one bottle (and 10…

$30+ for shipping one bottle (and 10 times your charge for a separately-shipped identical bottle) is ridiculous and then you try to get us to buy insurance from you for damage in shipping for more than market when you should have the insurance guarantee from the shipper. Also your prices for the cognac were $30-50 higher than from other reputable dealers.

No communication & no contact number to call!

Placed order on May 2, more than 2 weeks later & no communication about the statis of my order. Unacceptable! This was a gift for my wife and now I am beginning to wonder if it will ever show up. Delays happen, NO communication is unacceptable… I probably won’t ever order from SIP WHISKEY Again!
