I too ordered from this company as well, Sinxed.com. Ordered a digital calendar on 12/13/24 and was super excited! I never received my item. I reached out to them and never got a respnse I had to do a claim with my bank and Paypal to get my money back.

I ordered from them on the 1 January no email no tracking number but I disputed it and they said on the evidence they got they did deliver lies is the only thing they delivered me and some more people's gone push the issue on this even on the news and PayPal, Cash app, and other banks will be named on the news as well

I would give this site zero stars if I could they scammed me for 40 plus dollars!! They won’t return my email no contact number paid for item and never received or no tracking available

I ordered something from this company and the item was never received even though it showed as being delivered I payed using PayPal thinking I would be protected if something happened and PayPal give them the claim even though I I told them I have a video doorbell and can prove there was no reply when you contact the company all they do is fob you off with excuses obviously a complete scam

I ordered 2 Xmas trees and never received. Tracking never updated this is a scam. Opened a claim with PayPal and lost as they say items delivered. So much for PayPal help as should have won case and got refund. PayPal taking their word for it with no proof of delivery an absolute scam stay clear of this company

They're an absolute scam, please do not buy anything from them.

They create fake shipping details which will show as 'delivered', but no one actually delivers your parcel.

There's only an email contact option to reach them, and despite multiple attempts at contact, they refuse to answer any messages I've sent them.

Took my money, but didn't ship the merchandise. No refund and no customer service.

A scam for sure…no product…tried contacting by email 4 times. Reported them and I called my credit card company. My aunt did the same

Should be zero stars. I placed order at the end of November, it’s now end December and my order hasn’t arrived. No response to emails. I’ve raised complaint via PayPal. Do not order from this company, money went to GLOWMAXPTEL GLO. It’s a scam.

I ordered an IR cam two month ago, I got nothing. They advertise extremely on Tiktok with low prices, too good to be true. It's a scam, Tiktok does nothing about it.

Fraud. Ordered and only after a few days and emailing them did I receive shipping info. Was provided tracking number from HLTD (HLTD56.com) which showed shipping info and tracking to my town and delivered, which it wasn't. Tried several days to email Sinxed to find out USA carrier info to track, nothing. Going through the Paypal refund process now.

No stars would be more fitting. The company is a scam. They use fake tracking to make it look like items are delivered when they aren't. Because of this even PayPal side with them in disputes even after they couldn't provide UK tracking they still won

The website is a fraude.
Ordered goods will not be delivered. They don't respond to any emails.
Tracking of the package is also a fraude.
