Terrible CS. Sneaky with charges. Work Vanished

I wanted to love this and at first I did. But I created a lengthy project and all my work completely disappeared. It was in the chat as proof but not clickable and not in brain ai even though it was saved there. I contacted cs over and over to see what could be done and was treated very poorly. This isn’t cheap and it was very surprising to see how dismissive they are when you try to get what you paid for. I didn’t have enough credits to re create the whole project and they refused to credit me even though the chat bot itself put in a request on my behalf to fix the error and rectify the issue. The product is no good if it disappears, they can’t fix the issue and won’t credit you. Went from dream to nightmare. I have a deadline and need to start all over somewhere else. Chat would have done so much better for way less and I’d of had a finished product at the end. I’ll be disputing this with my bank and never using again. Find something better. Also don’t be fooled when you sign up. They don’t tell you that hefty annual price you pay only comes with a limited amount of credits & you run out quick! Pointless. You’re stuck paying for additional credits very quickly,

I am an Acupuncturist, not a Business Expert

I am an Acupuncturist. I know about medicine, and helping people lead healthy lives. I do not know anything about business, marketing, copywritting . . . Sintra fixed that. I have a detailed business plan and a detailed marketing plan. I wrote three grant applications. And I used Sintra to help me fight an improper mark on my credit. I highly recommend Sintra. It is like have a business team at my disposal.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing

This company spends an awful lot on ads making an awful lot of promises it doesn’t follow through on, but beyond that… they recently limited what was previously unlimited and the credits get used up in as quick as a couple hours working on one project. Customer service sucks, you’re lucky to get a response if you’re having trouble and they definitely kick the can down the road to keep you on the hook longer. I used to subscribe and left due to all the errors, came back and saw some of those improved, barely enough to justify the cost I got on a discount, and ABSOLUTELY not with the credits. They stopped responding to unhappy customers in the Facebook group and MANY are fed up and leaving. A base subscription to Claude is way more bang for your buck than this. I really had hoped they could figure this out as it’s a solid idea… but service has been lacking and I think they really prioritize selling to new customers about retaining any of them.

Social media is so important to the…

Social media is so important to the success of small business, but as any small business owner can tell you: We fail miserably at keeping up with it all and for me it was always our social media that suffered. As a last resort I bought Sintra because it offered the money back guarantee. I’m so glad I did. It’s so easy to use. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s juggling so much you have no time to be creative. Soshie can help.

OBSESSED

I am OBSESSED with Sinatra!!! This little AI team blows me away daily! From managing my day, to responding to emails, to helping me plan out projects and helping me learn and change my webs SEO I have never felt so supported being a small business owner.. and a team of 1! It was so overwhelming before to play all of the roles at once. Now I have time to do the things I actually want to do! See clients!!! Thank you!! Btw also social media manager!! There is so much this is truly the tip of the iceberg!! Highly recommend!!

Unlimited became limited

It was unlimited at first, and all of a sudden they changed to a credit system without an email notice. The interface keeps changing and it's no longer nice to use anymore.

Useful tool but dishonest marketing

Useful tool but dishonest marketing. When I bought the subscription Sintra was unlimited. After taking my money they made a change and now you have your subscription fees (same amount) plus a limited amount of credits you can use before having to pay more.

Very unhappy about this change AFTER my money was taken.

I’ve loved Sintra since day 1, now I’m done.

I’ve loved Sintra since day 1 and have been an early adopter. That being said after renewal they forced switched my account to a credit system where I don’t have nearly the level of capability anymore. They didn’t notify us ahead of time. They didn’t offer us a cancellation nor refund for the remaining time. They didn’t do any of the normal correct ways to implement a change with your customer base.

After reaching out to customer support I was met with zero support zero care for the customer and zero sorrow for truly upsetting a loud voice of support for them.

Because of this I can no longer recommend them I’ve moved my clients from their platform to alternates like marblism and advised others how we can replicate with better ai models.

I’m very disappointed in the direction this company went, the bait and switch they pulled and frankly feeling a bit scammed at this point by literally changing the entire platform from what I bought and supported to something completely different and much less effective.

Getting to Know the AI's

I’ve only been using Sintra for about 14 days, so I’m still getting to know the software, but so far it seems pretty good. It’s easy to use and has some helpful features, though the credits do run out faster than I expected. I’m giving four stars for now because I’m still learning the platform and want more time to see how it performs overall.

Sinatra continues to go above and beyond to improve their overall customer experience. The team is always prompt in their responses, and they genuinely care about each customer's suggestions. The AI agents are wonderful and easy to train. They have already added so much value for me and various projects I am working on!
