I am loving this new tool! I run multiple companies on top of being a mom of 4 children and Sintra.ai is a life saver for me. It's planning out multiple social media strategies, keeping up with the different brand voices, and I don't have to reexplain what I do for a living all the time! I'm glad I took advantage of the 1 year deal!

I do believe it is one of the best app out there right now.

It seems like a great app so far. I'm highly impressed with its features. It's fairly easy to set up, and there's a slight learning curve, but overall, I LOVE IT. It's definitely going to free up time for me. I've posted more in the free trial on multiple social media platforms than I have in the last two years. Sometimes the app crashes so that sucks and gets frustrating.

It's great for those of us who don't want to download the likes of Claude AI.
The system asks about your business which builds the system's knowledge, rather than you having to give access to specific files (which you can do if you want).
It helps leave no stone unturned.

Wow! What an amazing change from the standard AI/Chat platforms. Sintra really has stepped up the game with not only suggestions, but fills in the gaps on completing tasks.

I really wanted to like Sintra AI because the concept is great, but the actual experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I repeatedly gave clear custom instructions for my jewellery brand content, including:
• only using pieces from my actual collections
• avoiding repetitive hand photos
• not generating random jewellery designs that don’t exist in my brand

Despite this, the scheduler continued generating unusable posts with made-up jewellery pieces and repetitive imagery that completely ignored my instructions. As a business owner, I cannot post content featuring products I don’t even sell. I have been told to be VERY precise with my instructions which i have been and cannot be anymore clearer.

What made this more frustrating was that every failed generation still consumed credits, limiting my ability to use the platform effectively. I raised this issue multiple times, only to eventually be told that custom instructions are treated as “preferences” rather than rules, and that there is currently no way to force the system to use uploaded brand assets properly.

The support responses felt dismissive and overly scripted. Instead of acknowledging a clear product limitation, the responsibility kept being shifted back onto me, despite me already following all recommended steps.

Not to mention, they changed their system to credit system though i paid for unlimited plan for a year!! When asked, they said "oh you are allowed to purchase extra credit". ohh great, thank you for being so considerate!! Pretty scammy to me. I would stay away from this system. I have started trialling other system.

I’m leaving this review because I was specifically asked for feedback. The platform has potential, but in its current state, it is not reliable enough for brand-specific content creation where accuracy and consistency actually matter.

sintra is a really bad AI application. It made mistakes in the most simples tasks, like calculating worked hours and can totally not come up with any creative edge for things like press releases, launches, etc...It's a shame i spent 300$ on it....Social media posts are also mediocre and carry the 'AI' sign like a lamppost on it...

so far an excellent experience, we have 3 businesses and it's tough to keep track of marketing and different strategies for each. this is simple to use and keep separate.

Sintra is fantastic. Work is much easier since I discovered Sintra, it saves me a lot of time.

This is truly amazing, I want to keep it my secret! The ai labor is seamless and so easy to use. It truly is like having employees handeling huge parts of time consuming tasks. What takes me five hours can be done in 20 minutes. It does go off a credit based system so I would definetly recommend upgrading your credits. When you start you will use more setting stuff up and building processes. Once you get moving you'll have a better idea of what you'll actually need. Customer service/assistance when needed has been 5/10 so far. I really have only used their chatbot for help so far though and for the most part has done the trick.

Took a short time for me to understand how to set it up, once i had it set up for my business the employees really came to the table and helped fast ! The scheduling of social media has been exquisite ! There are so many applications available inside this tool and they are almost immediately available from download ! I have been able to scope out my existing SEO and have found evidence of poor SEO from a paid SEO provider ! Sintra produced the evidence, made a report and email that i sent directly to my SEO managers and fixed the problems found with hard facts ! Excellent !

If you want good wrap around business support Sintra is it. There are many “helpers” to the parts of my business that I don’t like to do. They have good customer support and help and it’s user friendly.

I would appreciate more clarity up front on what the subscription plan covers. But, I am really new to all of this too.

For me, it’s been great for the social media posts. It has cut my work by 75%!
