Poor customer service
G4 lampholders come with the screws needed to fit the two parts together, but G9 lampholders don't.
Apparently this is because different customers like to use the lampholders in different ways, and because they can't get them from the suppliers, so customers are left to "try ebay".

As discussed on the phone the listing clearly states the screws required are M3.
Having worked as an industrial electrician I can assure you that neither G4 nor G9 lamps are considered to be "industrial" lamps, and I am unsure as to what a lampholder with a 10mm thread could be used for other than a table lamp.
I suggest you supply the screws required to assemble the G9 lampholders which you sell; I believe they are 40mm M3 pan head.

Hi, as discussed on the phone, the listing clearly states that screws are not included with this item. We mainly supply industrial customers / manufacturers and in this particular case they do not need the screws as they already have these. We supply small orders as a customer service as these are non-profit sales. You can choose to order the item listed or not, but these items are sold as listed. I suggested Ebay to try and help as I have personally used Ebay before for this exact purpose. We make a huge effort to take pictures and make descriptions to explain exactly what you are ordering. I honestly do not know what else we could have done to satisfy your request as we do not stock screws for these items.
Great find
Looked on trust pilot and noticed there wasn’t any reviews so wasn’t sure. So made a small purchase as price advertised for product wanted was very good. Everything arrived well packaged and right quantities plus a flyer with other stuff I didn’t realise they had. I will certainly be buying from them again
