I bought one of the fancy Niagara sinks from SINKPLE and one year later a small part that generates the current started to leak. I contacted them for advice, and they said they're going to send the part immediately which they did indeed. The even better part is they have improved the design of that part already which in my view shows care about the product they are selling. I was reluctant initially to buy from SINKPLE, but am impressed with their quick reaction and will keep using their services.

I bought a sink here expecting good quality, given the high prices and the fact they only sell sinks. What I got was a sink made in China, the same quality you’d find on AliExpress, Temu, eBay or Amazon – but at four times the price.

It looks nice, but it’s not sturdy: the fittings feel flimsy, the tap doesn’t inspire confidence, the waste kit is poor, and there were no instructions included. It might rust over time – I’m not convinced it won’t.

I’d buy this type of sink again because it’s practical and looks good, but never from this website. The prices are extortionate for what is essentially a low-quality product passed off as premium.

I’m based in the USA. I renovated my kitchen and I chose the NIAGRA model. The sink is amazing! I had a couple small hiccups with some small parts breaking but their customer service took care of it quickly!

Sinks not certified for use in Australia or NZ. This means building renovations or new build will not be approved by regulators. Company confirms that Not Certified for use. Don't assume that as have an Australian distribution address products can be legally used in Australia / NZ

I was so excited for my sink, but only to find out the water tap is leaking after installing. You can only know the leaks after installing. I got in touch with their customer service, they were slow despite I emphasised few times that this is urgent. It has been more than a month, my sink is just sitting there being useless. It is very frustrating knowing that you can’t get the parts in Australia and you have to entirely rely on their customer service to mail you the new parts. Before you decide to buy, have a chat with your plumber to see if they recommend. My plumber has a whole group agreeing this is a very difficult sink to install and repair.

I’m still waiting for my sink to go into my new kitchen, it’s still in the box but I’ve opened it and it looks amazing just sitting in there! I love it so far
