Almost a month and I’m still waiting for my 3 zappers
I’m still waiting for my 3 zappers, I been sending messages and they told me first that they were back order then they received them and told me they sent them a week ago they give me a tracking number that said only the label was created when I post my order that was 3 weeks ago and they told me the USPS office sometimes doesn’t update the tracking information, I don’t know what to think is really a long waiting time, you need to fix that

We spoke with you immediately after you ordered & told you these items were on backorder and it would be some time before we could ship. I offered you a refund and you declined. When we finally got new inventory in, the shipper sent within a few days & again, I kept you updated every step of the way.
You already confirmed you received everything. Now please change this untrue & unfair review.

These guys went above and beyond and went out of their way when I ordered a pack of 10 and didn't realize it needed two weeks before it shipped. They shipped it in a week for me and rushed it because I was leaving out of the country. I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise!!!
