Not very happy with singer direct. No answer from any phone numbers. When I went to look for my singer legacy c440 from the drop down menu of all singer machines, mine was not on the list, therefore I had no idea which parts would fit my machine. It took a few back and forth emails to find the part I required. I was informed that pressure foot holder for my machine was a "special" order item.I now presume that any further parts I require will be "special" items and therefore more expensive than other machines, by the way, I PURCHASED MY singer legacy c440 just last September from Singer. So I have no idea why a newish machine needs parts specially ordered.

Superb sewing machine, great value for money. Arrived two days later. Extremely happy with this product. I have dreamt of owning one of these for years. I am quilting and sewing for Britain!

Singer Direct are one of tte best comanies I have had the pleasure to deal with and the sewing machine is the best I have ever used.

I bought my Singer Patchwork from Singer Direct and the service was second to none. I made the order online and after a quick phone call to set up the finance , it was done...a couple of days later, my sewing machine arrived. It was easy to order, it was delivered quickly, no hassle at all, just a very efficient service.

Such appalling service. If I could go back I would never buy from this company. My advice? Do NOT buy from them - look elsewhere.

I have got my singer sewing machine which was delivered without any fuss and I'm happy with the credit arrangement agreed with this company. The machine is what I wanted and I'm very pleased with it.

Excellent but ..., excellent delievery and customer service. BUT, when opening the packaging, please be VERY careful, the first thing that is packed in the box is the protective covering for the machine. Without knowing this (obviously), using scissors to get in the box, the protective covering was cut slightly too.

Other than that, big thumbs up.

Great sewing machine. I bought this for my mum and she loves it. The only issue was that when I first ordered it my delivery was apparently lost and it took more than two weeks to arrive.

My new machine is wonderful and I absolutely love it. Customer services wasn't the greatest, I wasn't made aware that my new machine would be delayed due to having a service before it was sent. It would have been good to be advised of that. When I tried contacting customer services via online chat I was advised they couldn't look at orders!! It then took 2 emails to customer services to get a reply and to find out what had happened.

Bought a showroom machine excellent price and service

Great for a first machine it comes with super easy instructions. The only thing what would make it better is if it had more than one place for the cotton to sit. And you cannot use the large cotton spool because there isnt enough room for it to turn
