I had a very negative experience with a car rental company after they charged me 350 euros for a car park ding. Luckily Sincera covered this without question and approved the claim within hours! Very good service so far, just waiting for the payment to arrive back into my bank.

Amazing service dropped car back at airport Saturday 30 May payment made to me 3 June.

Very straight-forward claim process. A button straight on the main website, clear about what documents are needed. Once i had everything required and submitted, both the review and refund took me only 2 working days, even though it could take up to few weeks.

I recently filed a claim through this insurance company and I'm genuinely impressed with how seamlessly the entire process was handled. Claim settled 1 day after submitting, no issues around details / information provided. So pleased that matters not drawn out with we need this and we need that information etc !!! The events of the incident were traumatic enough with out any subsequent hassle about the claim. Decision swiftly made to pay the claim with timescales of when will receive funds.

We had a car rental company claiming that we scratched bottom of the front bumper, almost invisible claim. We had to pay on the spot but with full coverage we submitted the claim to sincera with all requested documents and got refund within couple of days in full, no questions asked.

When I received the invoice for the damage, I was shocked. It was a large amount, and I was unaware that I had caused this damage, or that it might already have been applied. I submitted the claim assuming it would most likely be rejected because I had no idea how the damage occurred. Submitting the claim was very easy and straightforward. The communication was quick and clear. And I received a quick response that the amount would be paid out. The payout was also very fast. I am very happy that I chose this insurance!

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I have to praise the professionalism of your company. I've got the respond to my complaint surprisingly fast, without any additional negotiation or proof. I simply filled the form with all requested files and in two working days I had the full refund in my bank account.

Very smooth process and got my money very fast.

Very easy and straightforward proces and my claim was processed within a few days!

One feature that would be nice to add is to have the forms remember your input. In my case I found out I missed one document and I needed to redo everything a couple of days later. Other than that: great!

After having a bad experience with the rental company, these guys have really saved the day. The rental company charged me incorrectly splitting the bill into two payments and also failed to provide me with photos. So I assumed this claim wouldn’t be straight forward. I was wrong I submitted what proof I did have and they reviewed within two days approving my claim. Very happy will definitely use again.

They managed to reimburse an unfair payment made by the rental company Automanía, which I don't recommend at all. They are very efficient.

After having been treated so badly by the Italian car rental company Noleggiare Srl, Sincera Insurance took the case further and I got paid two days after I filed the claim. Thanks to Sincera, stay away from Noleggiare.

Even though we had problems with the people we rented the car from, this insurance company helped us recover some of the money. However, read any “small print” carefully because the entire taxi fee is not reimbursed as it says in large print with a maximum of €300 (as it says somewhere in the document)

When I returned my car, there was a scratch on the front part of the car. I reported it to sincera with details of what I had been charged and evidence of the scratch, and it was all approved within 2 days. Very happy with the service. Thanks very much.
