I have had nothing but issues from the beginning. I have a level 4 with all the options. One actuator on the seat keeps on collapsing in high speed corners, I cannot get the butkickers to work on its own amp. The traction loss actuator is stuck in the open position and does not work. The seat base swivels and the steering DD base does, not clamp properly. I got so mad that I didn't play with it for over a year after just a few races. I have spoken to them on many occasions and always get fixes that do not work. I wish I bought something else but now I have to live it.

Great products. High attention to detail in their products and it's obvious to me that they take pride in them. I am a happy owner of a G-Belt and,within a few days, also of a GS5 seat.

I have always gotten great support in every contact with the company. The feeling after the purchases has been...well...I guess premium is the word for it.

Great product and great customer service. It isn't often I get both a great product and great customer service. This is what prompts me to leave this review. I purchased the AccuForce Pro V2 direct drive wheel. It feels great quality (I know time will tell), looks great, and brings my sim racing to life. They also respond to emails, and also to posts on their website. This is the type of company I will continue to support with other purchases. Thank you SimXperience for a fantastic experience.
