Really bad communication from Joanne and very rude over email. I wanted to view a property she was not helpful at all the worst customer service would not go through this agency.

Perfect service.
I couldn't recommend Simpson West enough. Our main contact was Aimee and I couldn't fault her, she was always available and helped guide us through the process of buying our first home. It didn't matter who answered the phone, all staff were friendly and approachable and the communication was brilliant.

Estate agents that do a good job
Estate agents that do a good job. They were polite, friendly and informative throughout the recent purchase of our new home. Sophie was especially helpful and even went as far as to contact the previous owners after purchase in regards to a few items that were accidently left behind in a cupboard. 5 stars from us.
