Quality food used to be excellent couldn't be more helpful. Now extremely poor customer service, attitude is dreadful. Won't ever be using again. Shame.

Customer Service is. Excellent with this company I e changed my order a couple of times and it’s done immediately and email answered very quickly. The dry food I buy for my Dog de Bordeaux is very good he has never refused it and. Eats every last crumb he then. Goes around his feeding station to make sure he hasn’t missed a bit.

Great to order and quick to deliver to the Isle of Man, we are currently and slowly weeing our Frenchie onto this so far so good especially with his stomach issues and very recently diagnosed with CE and know he is food intolerant which causes the issues he has but with a decent kibble like Simpsons and sensitive to his needs plus steriods we are hopeful 🤞🤞

Food great ,air dried treats excellent ,dogs love them. My dogs love the tinned food as well. Excellentt quick service.

Fast delivery for my imminent litter of puppies

Giving 3* due to many years of purchasing. Order before Xmas they substituted cans of premium meat for cheaper alternative (festive dinner) I didn’t complain, my dog had an upset tummy on it. Ordered again multi pack, does state product may vary however, does not state could be substituted for cheaper alternatives or products not shown on product page on website. Poor customer service, poor attitude, misleading advertising and blatant lied when I said it’s cheap substitute. Clearly states festive dinner is £2.95 (not special price) other meats shown in multi pack offer are priced individually from £3.25 to £4.25. Packets blatantly tampered with for their benefit. Wonder how many customers experienced the same, from my perspective a simple we will refund the £11.80 for food you can’t use would have sufficed but instead I feel begrudged, mislead and abused. Shame I cannot attach photos to evidence cost difference and adverts!

My cat has long-term hair loss, and I’d tried so many foods and products with no success — until we switched to Simpsons Premium. His hair is growing back so quickly, and his coat has never looked shinier. I’m amazed!
My cat had been suffering with hair loss on his back legs (inner and outer thighs), tummy, elbows and around his bum for a long time. I tried so many different foods and products, and nothing ever seemed to help. It has been heartbreaking seeing so much bare skin and feeling like I was running out of options.
After starting him on Simpsons Premium wet chicken selection, I am honestly amazed. Within days, I could see his hair starting to grow back, and for the first time in a long while I couldn’t just see exposed skin. It feels like such a relief to finally find something that is truly working for him.
Simpsons Premium has made a genuine difference to my cat’s comfort and wellbeing, and I’m so grateful to have found a food I can trust.
I used your cat food previously for my other cats who have now passed. I will never use another cat food brand again.
