I had a terrible customer experience with 'Cartoonifyme' that is owned by this company

Placed an order after reading the '2-5 days turn around'....7 days later I followed up to where my order was, and I then received it. I thought it was ok (but didn't really look like us) but some detail had been missed so I asked for some minor further refinements. I followed up after 6 days and again at 10 days and had got no reply. At day 19 (now nearly a month after I made the original order) I sent a further email saying this was awful and asking for a refund as they had not supplied a completed product. I then conveniently received the updated print. Terrible customer service and would not recommend buying from this company.

“Worst experience I have ever had online - there is obviously a reason this company only has an email option for contact us. DON'T waste your money, there are LOTS of other good companies out there who offer the exact same service and do a much better job at a fraction of price. The digital illustration looked nothing like my family and a ton of items that were asked for on the original order were missing. I have asked for a revision six times now on a never ending email loop with Joseph (apparently he is "support”) over the past three days to include the missing items requested on my original order and have yet to see a revision. Joseph just kept telling me was there is a charge for items not included in the original order BUT everything I asked for was identified on the original order. “ I advised I would be doing a negative review and they threatened legal action. Not sure why when they are in the wrong. Very difficult to work with and takes no accountability for all the errors. BUYERS BEWARE. GO ELSE WHERE. You will save yourself lots of headaches.

If I could give a 0 rating I would... Picture ordered for fathers day 2020, nothing received. To this day I have received no response, no refund and just been blocked on social media with no reply. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I ordered this 10 days before valentines with the intent to give this to my partner as a present.
I put in A LOT of detail, a few paragraphs for both of us and our pet and I added about 12 pictures.
I received the first drawing 2 days later which was fantastic, so quick and I was super impressed.. Until I opened it, sadly it was SO wrong, it was as if they look at your hair colours and then add two stock images, the pet was the wrong colour, wrong ears, they clearly hadn’t looked at the pictures and just added that animal. My partner was missing his beard and it looked nothing like him, at all!! I was okay but I am generic, dark long hair simple clothes no outing or special features were added though but also no justification for a complaint.
I responded with my revisions and they I received the revisions they made 4 days later, again IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE MY PARTNER, opposite hair colour, they hadn’t put him in the shirt I’d repeatedly asked for but the pet was now satisfactory. I responded with more photos and stressing the top was important, I included pictures from their website to try and show what I wanted but I also asked for another change on myself I hadn’t requested before.
They revised the cartoon again free of charge and I received the final image 2 days later. My partner still wasn’t in the top I’d asked for and over all the cartoon was a very vague resemblance of us.
Overall it took 7 days start to finish which for the lack of detail in the finished cartoon was not acceptable.
There communication was quick throughout and I wasn’t charged for revisions which I am grateful for.
I am giving this review a low star as I paid £60+ and the cartoon could be anyone, there just isn’t enough detail and for that kind of money I was expecting so much more as you are literally just paying for an image. No printing etc.
So 7 days wait for a questionable cartoon image for £60, I was expecting more.

I have lowered this review from 2*s to a 1* as the company have disputed this review and gone out their way to have it removed which is sad as I feel I was very honest and fair.

Very happy with our picture! It was in my inbox the day after we ordered it, it looks fantastic and the artist even added little bits of detail I didn't ask for! Couldn't be happier! :)

Placed an order on 12/13/20 for a 5-person canvas print for $155... not exactly chump change. Paid an extra $30 for "expedited shipping," to ensure that it would be received before Christmas. I received the proof to approve a couple of days later, and of course, it was not in the classic Simpson's couch pose. I wrote back within 30 minutes, explaining the change that I wanted. Didn't think it was a big deal.

A week later (12/20), I finally received a response that they had received my request and the order was being process. By 1/11/21 (now a month after the order) the tracking shows that the print is with Fed Ex, but it is not moving. I e-mailed SimpsonifyMe to request a refund (really thinking that they would just refund the "expedited shipping." Instead, I received a series of very nasty e-mails, presumably from someone in their customer service department, basically saying that there was nothing that they could do, because they had turned the print over to Fed Ex. Aside from being about the worst thing that you could say from a customer service perspective, it is absolutely wrong. As the shipper, they are responsible for ensuring that their goods are received by the customer. It is not my responsibility to hound Fed Ex to locate my package. I've already filed a chargeback with the credit card company, which I imagine many customers have done.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A MERCHANT THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Got a big smile from him and now displayed proudly in our home.

We are very happy with our picture and the whole process. We chose the download option and it was emailed out within a couple of weeks. We didn't need any changes, as it was just what we had hoped for. The artwork captured us perfectly, right down to our little cat! We got it printed out at Staples and bought a frame, and it looks great - the whole family loves it. Highly recommend!

Thankyou for a wonderful picture that my boys absolutely love. It was a Christmas Present and they were surprised, followed by laughter and then appreciating the detail by the talented artist. It was a wonderful experience to purchase and to give.

I loved it. They did what I asked as far as my mom hat & cat eye glasses. And I really loved how they made my dad & sister staring at each other like in the original. It’s perfect.

Really great experience with this pic - we have a few changes to make & had 2 revisions which the team turned around super quickly!
Even had them draw my dads very detailed shirt which they did perfectly.
For my brothers 30th & he absolutely adored it - the Perfect gift!!
