I like the way this app works. It takes all the guest work out and take a couple pictures put in what you wanna do and it gives you a fast quote, and then you’re able to tweak it. Whatever way you need to add some material that it didn’t know remove some material that it added you don’t need it just makes it 100% easier.

I have found the estimates to be pretty accurate to my non Ai estimating program. I tried another Ai estimator on a trial, it took much longer and the price was significantly higher. Highly recommend

I do enjoy the app quite a bit. Although there is some things that I don't like about it, but I'm not even sure if you could change it. I don't like how when I change an estimate to an invoice it takes away all the detail that was listed with each item. Also, I don't like that It just says labor and then in the description it will list all of the things that would be in that particular labor cost, but it doesn't show up on the printed out estimate. So I have to go in and type in where it says labor at the top and put in the description manually. so that it shows up on the estimate exactly what they're getting instead of it just saying labor. I have to always go back in and add exactly what that labor entails. Another thing is that it will jumble together what it perceived to be carpentry for example . And it will list all the things in the description . But it doesn't itemize each task within that labor column. So there's no itemized cost for each task that's listed in the description. It just has it all lumped in there for you to have to figure out how much out of the total amount for carpentry labor will go to each task. So if the customer declines for me to do one of the tasks, I have to go in and figure out how much out of the total cost should be dedicated to that task.But other than that four out of five stars.

I started using SimplyWise to help with estimates. I didn't have experience doing estimates, and was worried my notepad with a dollar sign wasn't gonna cut it. The ease of access was amazing. Everything is fairly simple to find. And I've gotten several comments on how nice and professional my estimates look. The image rendering does need work, but after a few attempts I can usually get it to at least give my customers somewhat of a visual. It's also extremely helpful to get a notification when a customer opens the estimate. Very thankful for this app, as it has helped me build my business tremendously.

Now I can hire an estimator to go out and gather information and simply input the information into the app and let it do the generating. He will then send it to me to doublecheck and I approve or disapprove of the numbers and he’s able to send it back to the client in a very short period of time. So I’ve been pleased with the app.

I feel like it is easy to navigate and understand. I would appreciate if there was a way to generalize small jobs into like a miscellaneous section or like a honey-do-list. Small jobs as in reconnecting a hose or drain under a sink that would only take a few minutes to do. I have a jobs where they have a honey-do-list of small jobs and instead of listing out each individual job on the list, it would be nice if I could group them into a misc/ honey-do-list and put a set price one that one section of the bid. Also on the LiDAR, it would be nice to be able to interact with the lines to help guide it to get a more accurate blue print. It would also be nice to share blue prints created from using LiDAR to other users, my uncle and i tag team jobs but operate under separate LLC’s but it would be nice to be able to share files/ bids and blue prints with each other without having to email it and then go back to assign the bid to the correct client. If these requests are at all possible I have no issue with answering any phone calls or emails to go into depth? I really enjoy this app and would love to see it grow, from one small business owner to another.
