Subpar Cleaning Service
Edit: I’m updating my review from 1 to 3 stars since the company responded to a different review I left and asked me to contact them directly again. They were willing to issue a partial refund to a price I agreed with and offered 50% off a future cleaning. I appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right and I want to reflect that in my review.
I’m so disappointed with the “cleaning” I received. I hired them for a move out deep clean. The cleaner was over two hours late and left with the job not even close to finished so that she wouldn’t be late for her next cleaning appointment. She never communicated to me that she wasn’t going to finish until she had already packed her things and was ready to leave. I was told I would be charged extra if she came back to finish it the next day (I also didn’t know if she would be late again or even show up). I ended up doing the cleaning myself and asked for the price to be adjusted.
I went back and forth with the company for days about how to resolve this. They wanted to offer a reclean but I had already done the cleaning myself because I had a strict deadline which they knew about when I scheduled. They told me they would make sure we agreed on a fair price before my card was charged. However, this was not the case and they charged me before getting my approval. Please be careful with this company - poor communication and unreliable.
