I ordered 16 tonies. 1 was out of stock in the UK but was placed on back order for me, the other 15 arrived well packaged and on time. I place a 2nd order and ask if possible to send with the 1 other I was waiting for to save on postage, this was no trouble at all. The other package as arrived today, again well packaged and no issues what so ever. I would definitely recommend simplysolovley. If there are items not in stock send them a message and they do their best to help you. I would definitely used simplysolovely again and have recommended them to family also looking for tonies.
