While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. WARNING — DO NOT BUY FROM SIMPLY REVIVAL

WARNING — DO NOT BUY FROM SIMPLY REVIVAL

DO NOT BUY FROM SIMPLY REVIVAL without doing your research first.

Customers have reported serious problems with refunds, returns, subscriptions, and order cancellations.

Although Simply Revival may advertise a refund or return policy, customers report that getting an actual refund can be extremely difficult. Return slips are reportedly not provided, and customers can be sent around in circles instead of receiving a straightforward resolution.

If you want to cancel a subscription, be VERY CLEAR. Repeat three times that you want the subscription cancelled and make it clear that you will contact your bank and file a chargeback if they continue charging you. Customers report being offered alternatives multiple times instead of having the subscription simply cancelled.

They may also continue sending packages after you have requested cancellation. Do not assume that requesting cancellation means the order will actually be cancelled. Customers report that orders are not cancelled as requested.

If you receive packages you no longer want, do not assume you can return them for free. Customers report being charged return costs, while return slips are not provided.

There are also concerns about the products themselves, including claims that they are made from synthetic materials and do not deliver the effects or benefits advertised. There are further concerns about products being sourced from China, despite the way they may be presented to customers.

WANT TO return? JUST reject the package!!! do not accept it when arrived.

There are also reports concerning the treatment of workers in the Philippines, including allegations that workers are treated in a degrading or disrespectful manner.

IF SIMPLY REVIVAL REFUSES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ASK ABOUT YOUR CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE OPTIONS.

Do not let repeated offers or complicated cancellation procedures convince you to keep a subscription you do not want.

BE CAREFUL. READ EVERYTHING. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM SIMPLY REVIVAL. THANK Me LATer
