Det er mandag, en sen forårsaften 2019, i København. Nøglerne til den nye lejlighed var få dage forinden blevet overdraget, møblerne rykket ind, men væggene blege som kridt. Frem med computeren, et par søgninger på internettet, og inspirationen til hvad der skal op på væggene stadig ikke fundet. Sådan opstod idéen til SimplyPoster. Vi er ligeså passioneret af kunst som indretning. Vi lever og ånder for at gøre en hvid væg, til en fortælling omkring en livsstil. En livsstil hvor kunsten på væggen, fortæller en historie om dit hjem og din person. Vi placeret i Danmark, og vores stil er nordisk. Efterfølgende er vores passion blevet til en forretning. En forretning vi har kunne bygge på baggrund af, at vi bestræber os på at levere kvalitet og personlig service til vores kunder. ’’Art is too important not to share’’

Bad shipping method damaging posters

I have ordered 5 posters that arrived on time so that is why its a 2 star instead of just 1. However the shipping method from Simplyposter was simply terrible. The posters where pressed into a triangular shaped box and not a tube or cylinder without a wrapper.

This has caused all posters to wrinkle and deform. Now they all have horizontal lines that look like waves and are always noticeable since they reflect any light showing the posters have an uneven surface even when in a frame.

Since there was no wrapper for any of the posters or additional coverage to protect the pictures the first poster got friction marks from being pressed/shoved into a triangular cardboard box and where the poster picture it self was used as a wrapper.

This delivery was just terrible, as for how to improve.

Do not use triangular boxes its the most effective way to damage or deform a poster or even several of them. so please use common sense and use tubes or cylinder shaped shipping alternatives instead.

Great customer service

Ordered from Germany two posters that arrived because of the shipping with a crease. I wrote an email to the support team and I got a quick answer from a really kind employee telling me that they send me two new posters. The next morning I got an email that the posters is being send. Great poster motifs, absolutely great quality and a perfect customer service!! Go on like this simply poster 👍🏻
