I am trying to get a sofa delivered from Cocoon Sofabeds who have chosen to use Simply Parcels.
They have the sofa which they have communicated to me via email. They offered a delivery date that I can't make as I will be away on business. I have offered alternative dates which are not acceptable to the courier but nothing else has been offered yet and am told tehy will be in contact. Absolutely awful communication. You would have hoped that they would be able to give an alternate date immediately since they are a courier business. Have tried to call 10 times but no answer just voicemail.

Can’t give zero stars.
Steer clear of these unreliable couriers ( term used very loosely)
Furniture due Sunday 14.01-18.01 no show, no contact. After lots of excuses rescheduled Thursday 13.04-17.04 and here we are at 18.50 and still no sign of them. More excuses from their manager, heavy traffic in London
