Rob and his team were really helpful achieving my requirements. Having used Simply in the past once again they were easy to deal with , professional and experienced with their fast and efficient with their no nonsense approach. From my first enquiry to mortgage offer ( including site survey) took exactly 4 working days. I would have no problem with recommending Simply Life and Mortgages.

We contacted Rob to re-mortgage our property and he very quickly found us the best deal out there. We were several stages through the process when several banks cut their rates and Rob found the new best deal. We then switched with no problems at all.

Rob has made the process extremely easy, helping us navigate all the various options and ultimately, saving us quite a lot of money.

I have no problem recommending him and his company to those on the internet, as I will be recommending him to friends and family.
