We had a really positive experience with Simply Lending, especially during what turned out to be quite a tricky buying process. Our mortgage advisor, Jackie, was extremely helpful from start to finish. She always did her best to keep us updated and clearly explained what was coming next, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Despite the solicitors being less than helpful at times, Jackie remained proactive, professional and supportive throughout. She chased where needed, kept communication flowing, and made sure we always understood our options. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

She handled the whole case amazingly and genuinely went above and beyond for us. We’re very grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Simply Lending to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive mortgage advisor.

Personal Timings on getting a mortgage we’re not ideal along with a traumatic bereavement during the process , the team navigated us throughout on finding the perfect mortgage solution that suited our circumstances so that we could obtain a shared ownership mortgage to buy our ‘ forever home ‘ home near my family and leave the private rental market which had become way too stressful without any long term security for myself and my daughters future .

The service I received from the start of my mortgage application to the finish was superb. Dan and Jackie kept me informed every step of the way and I was really pleased with the support shown by them at every stage of the process. I am extremely pleased and happy with their service and I would absolutely recommend them to people.

I found Simply on Google after a call with another broker. From the very first call with John he put me at ease and talked about my priorities. I got an agreement in principle the next day. Submitting documents was easy. I was then handed over to Farrah who submitted my mortgage application. I got an offer within 4 days of submitting with a high street bank on a great rate. I can not recommend them enough.

I turned to simply lending after my current mortgage provider said they couldn’t offer a new mortgage to buy a house.

I contacted Curtis who immediately took some details and very quickly came back with a mortgage in principle with a major high street bank which was a welcome surprise as my bank who I have been with for over 20 years couldn’t.

After getting this offer in principle allowed me to reserve a new build property and then move onto the next step with Farrakhan which was as smooth as the last stage.

Between Farrah and Curtis all questions were answered promptly and I would one hundred percent recommend them to any friend, relative or person asking for advice on obtaining a new mortgage.

Found Simply Lending through a comparison site, Lewis called within 30 minutes of me performing search.

Two weeks from start to finish they found us a high street lender where others said they couldn’t, Offer received in two weeks.

Both Farrah and Lewis extremely professional and knowledgeable. Worth every penny.

Geoff Mossman is one in a million. Highly skilled and experienced mortgage broker. He was quietly confident and reassuring from the very beginning and we knew we were in safe hands. I appreciated his human touch when I spoke about how my hands were full with two young children… he recalled the days with his wife when she was in a similar position. This really went a long way and mattered.

Geoff managed to secure us a Buy to Let mortgage against all odds as there were some complicated elements to it.
