Took a minute to arrive

It took a minute to arrive but it finally did. The prices are good and they even send complimentary gifts. I haven’t tried it on to see how long it lasts but great price!

I ordered from them twice and it took a bit for them to arrive about 2 weeks but I understand because I am ordering during the holiday season. Customer service was very helpful and when I had questions about when they would arrive they got back to me within 24 hours. I read some of the negative reviews about tattoo quality but honestly, I haven't had any issues with it. They are a small business so their delivery times arent going to be exact during the holidays but they are doing their best and I was happy with my service.

Ordered from them twice but after seeing how easily they come off (took 2 days), I decided to cancel my second order. I emailed them long before it got shipped but they waited 10 hours and got back to me right after the order got shipped out so I couldnt cancel. When I questioned them why they replied at such a convinient time for them I got ghosted. Also got blocked off their instagram for asking the same thing.

Edit: Notice how only the negative reviews are verified. Try and find a verified positive review, you can't.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!!

This place is a travesty. I ordered from them once, the order took 3 months and I had to bug customer service multiple times to finally receive my product. When the "tattoo" arrived it was backwards.... Not only was it backwards from the image, but from the instructions as well.... Customer service ignored me for months then finally sent me a coupon....

Well, I got a big coupon and decided, why not, the last time might have been a 1-off. Ordered new tattoos, and 1.5 months later STILL haven't received them. Emailed customer service which gave me a reply that it can take up to 14 days to ship a tattoo--mind you, this was over a month after ordering! No apology, nothing! They FINALLY claim they shipped the tattoos, and it would take 3-5 days, that was 8 days ago... still nadda. Upon follow-up with customer service NO RESPONSE. Do not support a scam artist company like this!

Absolutely beautiful designs, just recieved mine today, the delivery time was great, packaged nicely and excellent customer service completely worth every penny I will definitely be purchasing from here again

Absolutely horrific!

Absolutely horrific!!
They claim to have a similar technology to inkBox, however the tattoos are childish temporary tattoos that you stick on and they come off in the shower! Not only that but a lot of the images are misleading in size and design. Their customer service is embarrassing, I ordered these on Black (Friday 16th Nov 2020) , and they arrived today (February 17th 2021). Not only were they 4 months late but I had to chase the company up twice. The package had gone missing in transit back in December and their customer service team didn’t think to contact me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for them to resend the order, rather than a refund. 1 month after chasing them up, the tattoos STILL hadn’t arrived. They arrived today, and I wish I had never bothered - save yourself the money!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This company is an absolute joke. If you want to pay for overpriced .50 cent machine tattoos, this is your place. And the custom tattoo? Forget about it! I ordered two non-custom and one custom tattoo in the beginning of December 2020, and I understand that this holiday season the mail was pressed so I wasn't surprised when I didn't receive anything for a while. I received a notification that my two non-custom tattoos shipped, and I received them, but no word on my custom one. I emailed the company and Dan, the person I was in contact with through the whole experience, assured me my tattoo would ship soon. After a few days I didn't get any notification for its shipping so I inquired and was told it was shipped and would be arriving within the next week. I waited almost two weeks, trying to be fair, and still nothing. I emailed again, explaining that I was losing my patience and asked for someone to take a serious look at my order. I was asked if I received the non-custom tattoos (the ones that are literally exactly like the ones from a .50 cent machine), and I said yes, two weeks ago. Then I got an email response saying my custom tattoo was refunded. I didn't ask for a refund and I told Dan I gave this as a gift to my brother for Christmas. I printed out the tattoo I designed and wrapped it for him, letting him know that it was delayed but on its way. I was so upset to see that it was refunded without any conversation or warning, though Dan reassured me that the tattoo shipped to my address and should still be coming. I was suspicious of this as I never received any confirmation that it shipped (as I did for my other ones) so I asked for more information on when to expect it. My suspicious were confirmed when Dan responded with "There is a chance that it was lost with USPS so it may not be arriving at all, this is why we refunded it for you. " I asked why he wouldn't just print and send another one (because again, I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted the tattoo that I ordered) to which I was told "The tattoo has already been refunded so we cannot do that unfortunately. You can place a new order however if you would like." (quoted as received). Why would I put myself through all of this again or give my business to a company that clearly doesn't care about it? Why would they refund me without any warning or conversation? The entire experience was a mess, and I couldn't be more upset with the way everything was handled. I appreciate the refund, but I didn't ask for it and I didn't want it, I wanted the tattoo I spent a lot of time making. I suspect that the custom tattoo was never even printed, never the less shipped, and I feel extremely undervalued as a customer. I hope that the people at Simple Inked seriously reconsider their presence as a company and identity as a business.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you had such a negative experience. I can assure you that the quality of our tattoos is far superior to any $0.50 tattoos, as our can last up to 7 days.

As you may already know, USPS is having unprecedented delays due to COVID-19 and limited employee availability. Based on your interaction with Dan, we assumed that you wanted a refund of your item instead of us resending it. This was wrong on our part to automatically assume this, but we thought a refund for the item that you had not received would make you happy. It is possible that the shipment was lost, but it is still on its way to you so it should still be delivered. We thought that if you would like to reorder the item, then you could do that with the refunded money. Again, this was wrong of us to automatically assume. We have the design saved if you would like to reuse that design for your next order.

Again, we sincerely apologize that you had such a negative experience and we thank you for your honest review. We will work hard to improve in the future and be of better service to you.

No complaints

I’m giving it 5 because everything that happened fits the description. Some people claim it to be itchy but not for me. Took showers perfectly fine, gave it a good scratch if I needed too and it lasted about a week and a day. The prices are fair and when u even buy more in the future they give u a code for 50% off the entire cart!!
