I'm Matt, a masters student studying Clinical Nutrition with the University of Aberdeen. I created the Simply Healthy Healthcourse Assessment to provide an easy, affordable way for people to check how healthy their current diet and lifestyle choices are — and learn what they can do about it. My goal was to create a useful, evidence-based assessment with results that kindly guide people to eat well, build better habits, and live a healthier life. Our future health is not yet written, but daily habits are powerful indicators of the path we are on. I believe it is important to get the message out that working towards healthier habits at any stage of life can make a difference to our health outcomes. Small, sustainable changes to diet and lifestyle have been shown to meaningfully improve our quality of life as we grow older. Ready to see where your daily habits are leading you? Take the first step toward a healthier future and start your assessment today.
