I placed my order a whole month before Halloween so I would receive it on time. Weeks before Halloween, I reached out to them, and they assured me it was on its way. A week before Halloween, I messaged again, and they reiterated it was on its way. By early November, I started asking for a refund, only to be told that it was delivered, even though I hadn't received anything. I went back and forth with them, but eventually, I just gave up. Their response was essentially that they wanted to help, but since the parcel was marked as delivered, they no longer had the authority to assist. They advised me to file a case against the shipping company myself for compensation. This feels like a scam!

If I could give this company Negative Stars, I would. I purchased a dog leash for XL (165 lb) dogs. It took months to arrive and when it finally did, the clasp on the leash was tiny. The clasp would not even loop onto my dogs' collars. It is flimsy and might work for a 5-10 lb dog but would never restrain a 165 lb dog. I contacted the company and they offered to refund $4 of the $43 I spent and suggested I give it to someone else. Wow! Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

This company is a scam stay away . Facebook needs to not let them advertise.

Scammers never receive orders and email for support is fake

If I could give no stars that's what they would get! I never received my pumpkins because they used fraudulent postage so the USPS would not deliver. Also, when I requested a refund they said I could only get a 1/3 of my money back because they would not refund the postage or the full amount of the product. And to date this has been going on since July 2025.

Order never arrived, I have been fighting for weeks to get a refund and even though according to tracking it hasn’t moved in over a month I keep getting told it will arrive any day as they continue to refund my order.

Items never arrived even after several emails ,, billing was done out of Hong Kong , it’s a scam site , they don’t even reply to my emails after I accused them of scamming

I ordered these little glow in the dark ghosts to give to trick or treaters back in July. I have never received them and the company won’t answer my email to refund me. Facebook needs to do a better job vetting any merchant.

Ordered the enchanting pendant 5 months ago and still haven't received it. Contacted support who said that they would look into it which was three weeks ago. Checked the tracking number which is still stuck in transit. Never buying from here again.

Do not order from this vendor! I ordered some cute Halloween items, thinking that they would be coming from the United States. Surprise, they weren’t. Not only did it take almost a month and a half for the items to even get to the United States from Ireland, the delivery company that they gave it to said that they handed it over to the United States Postal Service, who supposedly delivered it to my postbox on 20 August. It did not come. I messaged the vendor who told me to reach out to the shipping company who said that I needed to reach out to the post office. When I tried to use the tracking number given to me by the shipping company, the post office had no record of that number. I tried to log a complaint with PayPal, but PayPal said that the vendor delivered it and could show they had a tracking number that showed delivered so they did not refund my money. You would be better off to wipe your butt with dollar bills then to use this vendor.

Black Holiday Wrapping Paper ad was a scam. They stole the video from a TikTok account who was featuring wrapping paper from MAH MELANIN. The ABOUT US image was stolen from FANKARA FANS, who is selling the Tshirt. Simply By All Means, is stealing videos running them as ads.

Fake business. After reading reviews filed a claim. No response from business after multiple attempts. Received fake updates on tracking of product that just stopped once it reached "usa"

Zero would be appropriate. Ordered about 2 months ago and never received my item. Contacted them and they keep telling me it shipped. Today they said it was delivered. Of course it wasn’t. Total scam.

Complete scam. I ordered 3 Halloween blind date with a book sets, in 3 different themed. Received 3 exact same leaflet printouts of the exact same, non-Halloween themed story and a few junky items such as a butterfly bookmark. They told me it would cost $40-50 if I wanted to return because items go to China, though in my tracking it said Ireland. Buyer beware. Not what I ordered, false representation, full scam.

Should be zero…complete scam. Ordered mini pumpkins from an instagram ad, turns out they had stolen the video from someone else. Wouldn’t cancel order, gave fake tracking number on fake tracking site… Gave a different number to PayPal also fake. Did receive refund from PayPal after 6 weeks.

Scam, didn’t get what I ordered, just garbage.

They would have a zero star review if I was allowed to give zero stars.
Over a month and not product, when they call customer service just give generic responses that give no resolution. Don't waste your money on a lying company, that doesn't tell you when you order that everything come from China, and that you wont receive your order in a timely manner.

I ordered two leashes and it was almost two months before I got any shipping information. Then, it took almost another month and then it said delivered. But it wasn't delivered to me. I sent a message asking for a solution. They told me it was delivered and to go ask my neighbors......its a po box. I have been going back and forth with their "customer service" who has told me it was delivered so they are no longer responsible and for me to take it up with the post office. They refuse to replace the items and they refuse to refund anything. With all the reviews saying its a shitty product, im not surprised.

Complete scam - AVOID.
