Where to start
Where to start? Ive cancelled my insurance 4,5 months ago. They say ok we will refund you and cancel your insurance then guess what no refund and next month billed again!
I am reporting to the state labor and industries if this doesn’t get resolved asap.

Poor communications. The AI chat does not work; customer service does not return calls; it seems impossible to get a response from anybody.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
I need to set up a general liability policy for my company, I clicked the general liability link and filled in all the information. Once I received the policy/certificate it shows "Professional Liability". I logged back in and there was a link to add general liability to your current policy, I went through those steps only to end up with the exact same policy. I have called every day since this happened on June 24 and have been on hold for sometimes hours at a time and made no connection with a human. I now have THREE policies that are useless to me and I am getting charged for each of them and cannot cancel. Frustrated does not even begin to describe how I feel. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Simply Business has impressive process from start to finish.
After trying to quote and purchase business insurance from multiple companies, Simply Business was the only site that was easy, competitive and able to complete purchase online. I highly recommend this site has so many other websites are so disappointing these days and they seem to have the know how most don’t.
