SimplyBook.me has been a great platform. The website is easy to navigate and responses to my queries are always made in good time. Both my customers and myself have found this website to be hassle-free when booking and amending appointments.

Great customer service!
My clients were getting an error when booking new appointments. I emailed SimplyBook.me about it and they looked into the issue for me. They quickly found the issue, apparently the one and only service provider, me, was not visible to clients. Because of that nobody was able to book an appointment. They quickly replied to my emails! Thanks for the great customer service! 🤩

Set up of this system was so easy, even for me a total non technical person. The site was so simple adding, changing and linking payment methods.
I'd thought about doing this for a few years and always put it off as I thought it would be a lot more complicated, but after doing this I wish I'd have made the jump a long time ago.
Sending the link to clients was tense as I have a few older clients. But the first time 90% of them got it immediately with a couple of my older clients just needing some hand holding and we got there in the end.
Overall a very positive start to hopefully a long partnership.

I've been using it since 2020. The goal is for customers to come to my store's website and make reservations directly. It's simple and convenient. However, sometimes customers want to change the date but, not knowing how, they don't cancel and end up making double bookings.

Non Existent Customer Service - Generic AI Responses
A glitch required me to make an online payment. Unfortunately the site would not receive online payments from me. I notified Simplybook.me many times asking if there was an alternative way to receive my payment - until they managed the glitched. Also mentioning how valuable their booking system is, I do appreciate their service. After two months and many generic responses I can no longer log into my account. I think they cancelled it. Have emailed them again but am not expecting much. Customer Service is non existent. I don't think they care. UK customer.

Lacks transparency around plans and included features
The overall experience is user-friendly hence the 3 stars. It'd get a 5 if the plans weren't so aggressively priced per the features available per plan. There's also compromised ethics around the green check marks of what a potential client would regards as included. Please note that the green check marks represent features that are available to select BUT NOT INCLUDED. you'd have to go to a different page where there's the word "free" highlighted in green. What simplybook considers "free" and "included" are two very contrasting concepts.

The best!
I have been using Simply book for just over a year for my secure dog park. I honestly can't fault them. It's a brilliant, versatile site, incorporating a website with a booking site. It takes a little to get to know how to use (their vast) functions, but helpfully their customer support is the best I've ever experienced. There is always someone on the live chat almost immediately to help you and they really know their stuff.
They are also open to feedback and really listen when you suggest improvements, or things you feel could help your business. You feel listened to.

I have been using Simplybook.me for my online German language school for 1.5 years. Together with me, about 10 instructors give lessons through the platform. It allows us to easily manage lesson appointments for both instructors and students. With the monthly subscription system, we can also keep track of students' lesson packages. Besides these features, it offers many other useful services, such as payment tracking for students, notification emails, promotional mailings, etc. While some students occasionally get confused about where to book their lessons, it doesn’t cause major issues. Their customer support team is also very responsive. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

Info on what happens if you need to cancel.
I used this company to start a business, at the cost of $30 month for what I needed. When I could no longer afford that price I looked elsewhere. I went with CARRD for $20 year. I cancelled simplybook.me and now they have a notice on my previous website that I am blocked with a nasty image. I don't appreciate that, customers that don't know my .com address see that & think I did something wrong, but I simply cancelled.
In response to their response below, it was not just a 404 error. And how can I redirect the url when it was simplybook.me url? I now have my own .com where I didn't have to spend $100 for it.
