From beginning to the end Gary was very helpful and informative. Helped and guided us to choose exactly what we wanted.
The fitting was done quickly and efficiently and the finished floor is beautiful.
We are so pleased with the end result.

5 star service from start to finish!
Becky at the shop was brilliant 🙂she answered all our questions and helped us select the floor we were looking for, she was so patient and friendly.
Jordan and Charlie were fantastic 🙂 turned up on time worked none stop all day, they both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every stage of the fitting and the finished floor is fantastic 🤩

Excellent as always. Received help choosing just the right the right carpet to bring the room together which looks fabulous. The fitters did an excellent job and were very pleasant and helpful. I’ve used Simply Beautiful Floors throughout the house and would highly recommend.

The best around. Don't look elsewhere.
From 1st contact with Becky to the finished product, these guys are the real deal and the best around.
Pete turned up to measure and had already found the floor plans of my house so he knew exactly what he was dealing with.
I had issues with the subfloor when taking up the old floor, Gary came round the same day as told me exactly how to solve the problem so there would be no delay when the floor was being fitted.
All the fitters were excellent but special mention to Jordan who went the extra mile with Charlie. Very knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

The guys and girls are really friendly polite and professional. They helped me choose by letting me take samples home... which great to put against appliances.... better idea.
They have such wonderful choices.
I would recommend them as they do what they say and nothing is to much trouble, I had to cancel the day I was supposed to be having it done and they arranged it for something more suitable.... absolutely brilliant 👏

From initial enquiries to installation, this company provided a first class service .
Kept to the time schedule and were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. Only downside was that all the fitters were reds!

From measuring up the room to helping me choose the right style and colour carpet for my bedroom Simply beautiful Floors are the best around , I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Good choice for us!
It's the first time we have used Simply Beautiful Floors and are very impressed with them. Becky and Gary gave very good advice on Amtico flooring without any pressured sales techniques, which led us to choosing a carpet from there too. Jordan and colleagues fitting the Amtico flooring and carpet provided a conscientious service with good communication and a pleasant manner.
