Ordered Victron equipment. Turns out that THEY mis-priced one item (too low) on their website. Instead of an open conversation or offer, they just sent me another invoice. Absolute amateurs in customer service. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will never even consider buying from them again, or suggest them to my peers.
Ordering of 2 solar panels with equipment went smooth! Was informed about a delay of 3 days, which was fine.
Installation was not the easiest. I ordered an extension cable of 15m. I didn't expect that I would receive a cut 15m cable with the end fitting/plug separate and no manual how to connect the loose cables to the fitting. luckily youtube helped, but that would be something to improve and actually provide upfront the respective manuals by email - instead of having to search for them on the website.
I also ordered the frame for flat roof installation. I was surprised that no weights were included although the pictures show weights. Also no guideline for the weights. so had to google myself again, which I found of the website of the frame company. Finally bought concrete tiles in the local DIY store as weights.
Overall good experience with a few pain-points that should be addressed to further improve.
