George and Ben are excellent, experienced, well versed, honest estate agents. We used Ben before when he was just a wee junior estate agent on a pervious property and he was great then and has a very natural approach with people. George kept us fully updated, chased everyone in the chain and gave gold old fashioned service and value for money which you don’t often get these days from their competitors. I would fully recommend and would buy or sell through them again.

George did a great job helping me find and secure my first home in Hertford. I put in the first offer which was declined however George and his boss Ben negotiated a slightly higher offer and I moved in 2 weeks ago. Simply Homes and in particular George Marks have been exceptionally professional and courageous to deal with . They have handled the sale of 3 properties for us and made the experience as easy and straightforward as possible . George is the most reliable and trusted estate agent we have met to date . One property of ours was quite a niche and not an easy sell but again he delivered !

George dealt with my house sale in a professional and friendly manner. I was never made to feel that my questions were silly, (which they probably were!) and he was always on call to deal with them.

Dealt with this company once a while back and was very unimpressed with Ben Shaw’s conduct throughout. For starters they showed me a property that was already under offer but failed to tell me even on my second viewing and far beyond. The games went on. I chose to use the services of agents who do things differently going forwards and it was a breath of fresh air! Would not recommend. I found some great companies out there such as Morgan Alexander, Big Black Hen of Shepherds who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. (I wonder what Ben may spin as a response to my honest review).
