It does not work. Put batteries in and it does not work. T came with a small square piece of paper with wrong instructions. They were for a totally different item.

Still haven't received an expedited item that was ordered on 3-1-24. No response to my email to customer care and nobody answering phones. I've ordered from them many times with no issues. Until now. It seems there are others recently with similar issues.

I normally don’t have an issue with this company however I’m highly disappointed in this order. It is now day 5 and it still hasn’t been filled, I’ve tried calling them and have left at least two voicemails and an email wondering why it hasn’t been filled yet. So far nothing at all from anyone there. I was also directed to an online shopping app which I will never use. I rarely order anything online but a few times a year so why not give an option for just the tracking number- which by the way is horrible to try and find on the app. I sincerely hope that my $123 is here soon to make up for this crappy experience.

Product is never delivered in a timely fashion when you choose 1-2 day shipping.

I purchased a product in November. I returned the item around the first of December. I have been in touch with customer service, they confirmed that the item had been received in tact by their warehouse. It is February 9th and I am still waiting for my refund. I have never experienced returning an item from any online company and not receiving a refund. It should not take months!

I love the deals, I love most of the selection, but I wish their anal toy selection had a little more variety. Like a devil tail butt plug, or horse dildo. Those kinds of kinky fun things.
