Used Simplify The Law due to a lack of interest from Solicitors to assist our family end a Bare Trust. The information provided on the website was easy to understand and pointed us in the right direction.

To produce the Deed required you complete an on line "interview" at the end of which the Deed document is produced for you to edit then download.

The interview process could be a more user friendly. The biggest difficulty was the download to my iPad. Their support to asssit me was quick and helpful and they confirmed this problem has been flagged for a fix.

Overall very happy and we were able to start the process to end the Trust.

Not overwhelming details - just the basic essentials

When I didn't use it because I was sorted elswhere,they refunded me my subscription. very decent.

Looking for a programme to assist in preparing docs for a Employment Tribunal. Excellent piece of software

It was very easy to find the document that I was looking for and then sign-up and pay for my subscription. I have used one document the step by step process to complete the form was easy to use and you could edit the final document before creating a PDF. The checking if you need to pay for the document once you had already subscribed was a bit annoying.

Initial impressions are good. I have been able to obtain standard template Trust documents with some degree of tailoring at a reasonable price; despite my searches I could not find anything else appropriate on the internet. This will provide me with the tools to know WHAT questions to ask the lawyers saving time and money!

This is a great site. You can read and digest the info at your own pace. It has helped me work out what i need to do step by step .Will definitely use them again

This is a good half way house between struggling alone/ finding paper precedents and a full blown law publisher's site at substantial cost.

I found this site excellent and transparent.

After registering and browsing your website and not really finding what I needed you made it your business to identify my requirements and provide a solution.

Your help and prompt service have been invaluable to me in trying to establish and comply with the many rules and regulations required which, for a small business, can be very daunting. I will recommend your company to my colleagues and certainly look to you should I need any further help

Although the person I dealt with wasn't able to answer my question straight away, they were honest enough to say so, and rather than keep me holding on, they took my details, and supplied the required information in a timely manor.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so left the site. I was then contacted and upon learning I had not found what I was looking for they then created it and sent it to me..... without me even asking! Now that's service!

Jonathan responded to my message on a Sunday afternoon and was still responding at 11.30 that night. He refered us to just the right person who made contact on Monday morning. We would never have found help so quickly without them - and to have the reassurance on a Sunday was both unexpected and beyond welcome as we were in such a state of anxiety. I have used other on line legal document services but this is real step up in quality and utility. We signed up for the annual service as this saved us lots of time, allowed us to quickly respond to a customer request avoiding the need for and delay in using a traditional legal drafting process. Lots of good clear real time advice on line whist drafting. Cannot comment on more complex detailed drafting needs but would definitely recommend Simplify the Law.

I had been trying to get a solicitor to do a Deed of Disclaimer for me and my siblings - couldn't get one to do it for us. I found this site and all my answers where here in 1 place, it was great - took me very little time to work through it and the online help was fantastic I will definately recommend and I will definately use again.
