Feeling Safe and Secure

I am on an extended journey.By the time I go home I will have visited 10 countries.I took to the Simply Living Bag right away. It molds to my body well.There are a lot of zippered compartments/ pockets where I can help keep things organized. Sometimes the zippers inch open an inch-or two so I hook a little metal clip to the zipper and hook them together. The strap is strong and fits me well.I can wear it on the front of my body and everyday I am grateful for it.
I also have the packing bags and I LOVE them.

I have not traveled overseas before so…

I have not traveled overseas before so found it overwhelming for ideas plus keeping in mind the weight luggage restrictions.I found this Australian company which gave me confidence in purchasing goods on line without any pressure as you could read the quality of the goods and different comments.It helped me without pressure. All my purchases will give me a worry free holiday and made it so easy to achieve many thanks.

Perfect bag for travelling and piece of mind.

Please BEWARE read this

Please BEWARE. This website appears to be selling stuff that you can buy on temu. For example, their travel toiletry containers they are trying to sell for $50 NZ to you, when they are actually about $7 on temu. Also the 3 pack of shoe protector bags are like $2 on temu, and the laundry wash bags that say WASH ME are like $5 for two on temu. I know because I have them from Temu. And they are only worth the little amount of money they’re sold for on temu because the quality is very poor, but they’re good items for a few $$$.
The positive reviews on their site are all FAKE. Please don’t support this company. Go and look on temu, everything is there for minimal prices.

Compression Packing Set

We ordered a compression packing set. The set came with a small defect. We contacted Simplify Living the same day and they asked for a photo of the defective product which we sent. Simplify Living accepted liabilty straight away and sent a new complete set post haste. Thank you for the great customer service AAA+++

Great communication and service

I have bought 3 products from Simplify Living, and all are of high quality, well designed and well made. Their service is excellent with good communication and quick shipping. My little anti theft backpack has been to Vietnam and Japan and has been a very useful addition to my luggage.

Very unhappy with experience from…

Very unhappy with experience from simplify living, it feels like a scam website. I received a bag with a very flimsy zip, and asked to receive a refund, however when I went to repost the item, there was no return address to repost the item to. I reached out to simplify living but have not heard back. In the meantime, I think I have received close to 50 spam emails from simplify living (one email asking if I can review my experience). I would be very grateful if I could have a reply in order to return my item.

bag not as advertised

the bag that I ordered and the bag I received was not the same that was advertised. I was Offered a 50% refund at first which I refused and then offered a full refund. I found the bag to be very cheap material and not worth anywhere near the purchase price

vacuum bags

We ordered the vacuum bags. They are difficult to use, the zipper is hard to close and they do not compress as advertised. The return policy is not helpful as we live in Canada and although the name of the company here - Simplify Canada, implies it is in Canada, it is actually in Australia, and the cost of returning is the responsibility of the consumer. The cost to mail something back to Australia is cost prohibitive, so we are stuck with the vacuum bags that are of no use to us. The time to deliver was also much longer than advertised. I would not purchase from this company.

Nicely made and color as described.

The shoulder handbag seems well-made and very nice, as shown on the website. However, I deducted a star because the package was left on my concrete driveway at the side door, no telling what time. We had hard rains, so it was the following day when I found the package. Water had gotten inside despite the double packaging. It'll dry out, no permanent damage, but this could have been avoided had the package been delivered at my front door, especially since I was home, and my front door was open.

Europe, here we come!

We purchased 2 of the cross body anti-theft bags for an upcoming trip to Europe. One left handed and one right handed. We wanted something safer than a backpack or fanny pack. These are perfect! I love the material and craftsmanship.

Great Functionality …

I saw the cross shoulder bags with the lock and charger and thought these would be perfect for my families trip to Italy, which is in three weeks. I keep reading about the pick pocketing there so I purchased several of them. I think I'm going to purchase one more. The functionality on these are great.

Scam company

I received my order on 16th February and contacted them the same day for a refund (I also didn't receive the free gift with purchase). Item said you would get 60% more clothes in and you don't. I returned the product on 18th February on the 26th of February I was told that my refund was processed and would be in my account in 1-3 days. It is now April and I still haven't received my refund AND they have their product back to sell to someone else. Apparently I have been "escalated" twice now. **SCAM COMPANY** do not purchase from this company. I will now be escalating this as a fraud transaction through my bank and will contact consumer affairs. Funny how you get a refund only after leaving a negative review.
