I believe Rose gave me perfect guidance. I really appreciate her professionalism, which helped me understand the project's key aspects. She provided outstanding guidance and let me know what I needed to do.

I can go on-and-on about my experience with the program but let's not hahaha! I just wanted to highlight some key things: Firstly, I assume everyone made the same "iffy" decision when signing up but it was the testimonials before us, the friendly/ informative recruiters, and ultimately the financial stability that reeled us in! Secondly, something I appreciate A WHOLE LOT MORE than I thought I would, is the 24/7 availability from mentors to help you with either a bump in the road or just a little reassurance that you're doing awesome work. If you stay consistent and aren't afraid for a little trial-and-error, you will breeze through the program!

The Mentors of Fes are outstanding and exhaust every effort needed to help us students achieve success and to do our projects effectively!!! God bless them all. They are very much needed 🫡

Currently starting to write Javascript. It's taken a while, but worth while. I didn't start writing the language because I knew it. At first I memorized the for loop, and had to understand what each piece of it really does. once I started to grasp even a little bit of it, I made up stories.

A bit of insight. I had asked ChatGPT several times to tell me a situation from easy difficulty to hard challenges, and had it keep spitting out situations like mad libs at first so that I know what the symbols do, and why I should care. Once I started to get fluent and wrote down the why and the how behind everything, and the console on the web browser had the answers from each return I needed, the AI stopped holding my hand, and I could rewrite what I needed when I wanted to. But from there it didn't stop getting challenging.

The moral of my story so far is that, just because you can solve an answer one time, doesn't mean you know how to read the question. Also, train your brain to read the problem, come up with a solution and even write them out yourself. If the language seems foreign in any way, I ask the staff or ask the AI, and I will cross reference with Claude. I can now look at the blank screen and know what to write without a lot of guidance. Javascript can be hard but only if you don't practice. And as always, thanks to the staff at FES(Front End Simplified) I feel more confident in my web development skills than ever.

I would have to say for something I never experienced in my life but now getting the hands on experience with trained professionals like Andrew, Rose, Khorso, and Hristina really gives me the motivation i need to press forward with my learning experience. I actually enjoy doing this because it is challenging and I want to excel at it and earn a career in it. Frontend Development is something that i highly recommend everyone to learn and take their time to master. Truly an unforgettable experience.

The mentors have been great and very thorough in helping you navigate any issues that you have. Everyone has been super friendly and patient with me when I have questions.

I am a beginner and I am close to finishing Module 3. I have been in the program for less than two weeks and have been thoroughly enjoying myself. The course material is truly structured for a beginner, and the immediate access to mentors and their knowledge has proved invaluable. I have had video calls at 2:30 in the morning and at 7:30 at night; they find time to help you. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn frontend coding.

This is phenomenal for someone who is in sales, is looking stack more skills around marketing and ultimately land a role. The support is there, the expertise is there. Don’t overthink it.
