Problematic colour matching
I found the colour matching for all of these tests problematic, and in several cases was unable to find a sufficiently precise correlation between the colour obtained from testing my well water sample and the various colour charts.
The most concerning was the pH - hardness test which appeared to show exceptionally high alkalinity and Ca; when I tested the local tap water the results were exactly the same… to me it seems unlikely that the local tap water is highly alkaline and i know from observation that it is not especially « hard ». So I now need a more accurate test for pH and Ca.

I am sorry to say I wasted £20.
As far as I could make out the pipette looked empty.
Consequently there was no result.
I give up and will filter my drinking water.
Thank you for getting back. Maybe it sounds silly but I still don't understand.
I have glaucoma and mega old. I spent at least 30 minutes trying to make sense of the instructions.
Maybe a picture display on the sheet would have helped.
What I did was put a tiny drop of water in the container and poked the pipette in and squashed it a few times on the bulb at the top. Then I shook it about and put the test paper in. No wonder it was useless.

The pipette in the the test kit is correctly empty as it is used for collecting the water for testing. "You are to place exactly 2 dropper-fuls of water sample in the test viral" Happy to help with how to use the test kits when customers contact us directly at info@simplexhealth.co.uk.
