However, please be informed that the transaction was not declined from our end - instead, when we tried to place an authorization hold on your funds, we were declined by the card issuing bank before we could do so, thus rendering the transaction unsuccessful.
We would absolutely love to process your payment, and have no reason to decline it on our end - therefore, we would kindly ask you to get in touch with your bank to double-check the aforementioned criteria:
- Ensure your card is eligible for international transactions.
- Confirm that you have enough funds in your account to complete the transaction.
- Verify that your bank supports cryptocurrency purchases.
- Make sure you are enrolled in the 3D Secure program.
Additionally, you may try issuing a new payment using a different card from a different bank, if possible.

While we can always provide information about the status of our users’ payments, we are not always capable of disclosing the exact reasons as to why certain transactions may not have been successful.
Please be informed that you were not charged for these unsuccessful purchase attempts - instead, as a standard banking procedure, an authorization hold was placed on your funds to ensure that your card was eligible for the transaction. The hold has now been successfully voided on our end, therefore the rest depends on your bank's processing speed.
